The main body includes a peripheral side surface having a continuously-flared profile from the first end to the second end. The abutment further includes one or more impression features formed at the second end of the main body and one or more scan features formed at the second end of the main body. A clocking element is formed at the first end of the main body. The abutment includes a matte material surface and is configured for use as an impression transfer and as a scan body in a dental implant operation.
Zygomatic implant with partially interrupted threaded portion
An implant includes an elongated and cylindrical body; conical apical region coated by a screw thread and with at least three helical chambers and semi-spherical end; and a cervical region defined by a smooth cervical surface. The elongated and cylindrical body includes at least one longitudinal strip having a substantially smooth surface. The smooth longitudinal strip is located in the zygomatic implant cervical portion. The connection between the screw threads and the smooth longitudinal strip is made by a transition curvature, and the smooth longitudinal strip is aligned with one of the flat sides of the internal area with hexagonal cross section of the implant prosthetic interface.
TEMPORARY ABUTMENT WITH COMBINATION OF SCANNING FEATURES AND PROVISIONALIZATION FEATURES
A lower region of a temporary abutment includes an anti-rotational feature for non-rotationally mating with a dental implant. An upper region of the temporary abutment includes a first anti-rotational structure and at least one retention groove. A top surface of the temporary abutment includes one or more informational markers that provide information concerning the dental implant. A temporary abutment cap is configured to be coupled to the upper region of the temporary abutment. The temporary abutment cap has at least one projection configured to mate with the at least one retention groove of the temporary abutment. The temporary abutment cap has a second anti-rotational structure that is configured to slidably engage the first anti-rotational structure of the temporary abutment. The temporary abutment cap is configured to be coupled with a temporary prosthesis such that the temporary prosthesis and the temporary abutment cap are removable from the temporary abutment.
Dental abutment core and method for manufacturing a dental abutment
A dental abutment core with a prosthetic connection, a pillar and a shoulder located between the prosthetic connection and the pillar. The pillar has anti-rotational elements for preventing a custom body from rotating with respect to the dental abutment core. The pillar has a first portion adjacent to the shoulder, a second portion adjacent to the first portion, and a third portion farthest from the shoulder. A cross section of at least part of the first portion is circular and has an outer diameter which is lower than a cross section dimension of the second portion. The anti-rotational elements are located in the third portion. A method for manufacturing a dental abutment with such dental abutment core is also described.
Dental implant assembly
Dental implant assembly comprising an implant with a body having an outer implant surface configured for osseointegration and a connection well, and an abutment comprising a prosthesis mounting portion for assembly of a dental prosthesis thereon and a connector mounting cavity. The assembly further comprises a connector comprising an implant mounting portion for assembly in the connection well of the implant, and an abutment mounting portion for assembly in the connector mounting cavity of the abutment, the abutment mounting portion of the connector comprising an index portion and the abutment connector mounting cavity further comprising an index cavity portion for receiving the index portion therein, the index portions configured to register the rotational orientation of the abutment about a longitudinal axis (A) with respect to the connector.
IMPLANT ABUTMENT
An implant abutment is disclosed. An implant abutment for connecting a fixture and an artificial prosthesis, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an abutment lower part coupled to the fixture; an abutment upper part coupled to the artificial prosthesis, wherein the abutment lower part and the abutment upper part are integrally formed or separately coupled; and a small-movement part, which is interposed between the abutment upper part and the abutment lower part or disposed on a portion or all of the abutment upper part.
SURGICAL CONNECTOR FOR DENTAL FIXTURE
A dental fixture operation connector is disclosed. The dental fixture operation connector may include a connector body portion, a connector head portion connected to the connector body portion and inserted into an insertion hole formed in an upper end area of a fixture, and an entrance guide portion provided in the connector head portion and guiding entrance of the connector head portion when the connector head portion is inserted into the insertion hole.
Inter Dental Implant
A multi-piece dental prosthesis system is provided. The system includes an implant which can be implanted into a bone of the patient, an abutment removably connected to the implant by a prosthetic screw, and a ti-base removably connected to the abutment. The system may be used to hold a crown, denture, or partial denture in place.
DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM HAVING ENHANCED SOFT-TISSUE GROWTH FEATURES
A dental implant system including an implant and an abutment is disclosed. The implant includes a generally cylindrical body, a central axis, a distal end for anchoring in a patient's bone and a proximal end opposing the distal end. The proximal end includes a roughened lateralized surface that surrounds an abutment-engaging region. The lateralized surface is disposed at a negative slope relative to the central axis. The abutment includes an upper portion for supporting a tooth-like prosthesis and a lower portion for engaging the abutment-engaging region of the dental implant. The diameter of the lower portion of the abutment is smaller than the diameter of the implant at its proximal end. The lower portion includes a first surface with a soft-tissue enhancing material.
