Hybrid Dental Implant and Production Method
A dental implant includes an insert element of a titanium-based material inserted and soldered into a blind hole in an anchoring element of a ceramic material. An outer surface of the insert element has spacer members to center the insert element in the blind hole, with a uniform circumferential gap space relative to the anchoring element. The insert element is longer than the blind hole, so that a portion of the insert element protrudes outwardly beyond an end face of the anchoring element. The blind hole is partly filled with a glass solder suspension, and the insert element is inserted into the blind hole, whereby an excess amount of the glass solder is displaced out of the gap space onto the end face of the anchoring element and the protruding portion of the insert element. A thermal soldering process secures the insert element into the anchoring element. The protruding portion of the insert element and remaining excess solder is removed to form a planar surface.
Attachment system for removable dental prosthesis and dental implant abutment
A dental prosthesis attachment system is for an endosseous dental implant. The dental prosthesis attachment system includes: a removable dental prosthesis; a dental prosthesis portion secured to the removable dental prosthesis; and a dental implant portion securable to the dental implant and removably engageable with the dental prosthesis portion. The dental prosthesis portion includes an open-ended dental prosthesis sleeve having an outer surface and an inner cavity. The outer surface is secured to the dental prosthesis and the inner cavity is lined with a retention material defining an inner peripheral wall having at least one of a protrusion and a recess. The dental implant portion includes an attachment pillar removably insertable within the inner cavity of the dental prosthesis portion. The attachment pillar has a peripheral wall provided with at least one of a protrusion and a recess removably interlocked with the at least one of the recess and the protrusion on the inner peripheral wall of the inner cavity.
DENTAL IMPLANT HAVING A SOCKET BODY, AND KIT FOR SAID DENTAL IMPLANT
The present invention relates to a dental implant and to a kit for said dental implant. In order to provide dental implants which meet the general requirements for a successful implantation and use and which can be easily adapted to bone variations and implant offerings, it is proposed according to the invention that the dental implant comprises a ceramic base body, a ceramic abutment, a ceramic tooth structure, and/or a connector for connecting of base body, abutment and/or tooth structure to each other, and a bushing body, which is at least in a final assembly state (E) of the dental implant received at least partly in the base body, in the abutment and/or in the tooth structure or surrounds the connector at least in sections.
Dental implant abumtment system and method of use
A dental anchoring system includes an angled abutment, having a main body extending from a top to a channel body, the channel body extending away from the main body at a predetermined angle less than 180 degrees; a lip extending around the top; and an opening extending from the top and through the channel body, the opening to receive an attachment device; the angled abutment is to provide an angled attachment for a dental prosthetic.
INTERMEDIATE ATTACHMENT PART
A substantially tubular intermediate attachment part with a first through-hole for attaching a screw-retained dental prosthetic component or a dental tool to a dental implant or to a dental implant analog, extending along a first longitudinal axis between a first end and a second end. Each end is provided with a set of longitudinal fins intended for snap-fitting into the dental prosthetic component or into the dental tool on the one hand and into the dental implant on the other hand.
A FASTENING SYSTEM, LOCKING ELEMENT, AND PROCESS FOR FORMING A SUPERSTRUCTURE, FOR A DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM
A fastening system for a dental implant, the fastening system comprising: a locking element comprising a central throughgoing aperture, the aperture having a first distal portion, and a second proximal portion, the second proximal portion having a reduced inner diameter with respect to the first distal portion; a dental superstructure provided with a cavity for receiving the locking element, the cavity having a distal portion and a proximal portion separated by a shoulder, and a fastening element receivable within the cavity and the aperture, the fastening element being substantially restricted from distal displacement by the shoulder of the cavity.
DENTAL INSERT FOR CONNECTING A DENTAL IMPLANT TO A DENTAL ABUTMENT
A dental insert for connecting a dental implant to a dental abutment includes a dental abutment having at least two interfaces. A first interface of the at least two interfaces is formed in interaction with the abutment for fixing the dental insert to the implant by a latching and/or clamping connection. A second interface of the at least two interfaces is formed for fixing the dental insert to the dental abutment.
Renewable dental implant
The present invention relates to an endosseous implant assembly adapted for treatment of peri-implantitis. The implant assembly comprises an implant core body configured to receive and couple with implant insert structures that potentially facilitate treatment of peri-implantitis.
DENTAL IMPLANT HAVING A SOCKET BODY, AND KIT FOR SAID DENTAL IMPLANT
The present invention relates to a dental implant (100, 100, 500) and to a kit for said dental implant. In order to provide dental implants (100, 100, 500) which meet the general requirements for a successful implantation and use and which can be easily adapted to bone variations and implant offerings, it is proposed according to the invention that the dental implant (100, 100, 500) comprises a ceramic base body (130, 530), a ceramic abutment (120, 120, 520), a ceramic tooth structure (110), and/or a connector (1, 1, 1, 5) for connecting of base body (130, 530), abutment (120, 120, 520) and/or tooth structure (110) to each other, and a bushing body (6), which is at least in a final assembly state (E) of the dental implant (100, 100, 500) received at least partly in the base body (130, 530), in the abutment (120, 120, 520) and/or in the tooth structure (110) or surrounds the connector (1, 1, 1, 5) at least in sections.
Dental implant
The invention relates to a dental implant configured to be anchored in a jawbone for supporting a dental prosthesis. In order to allow an adjustment of the tooth restoration structure to properties of a natural tooth the dental implant includes a jacket member which includes at least in part an osseo-integratable material and enclosing a cavity in an apical direction, and a filling member of fiber reinforced material and being shaped so as to substantially fill out the cavity.
