A method is provided for operating a spinning machine or winder that includes a plurality of same-kind workstations and a plurality of input terminals situated with the workstations. The method includes at least intermittently configuring at least one of the input terminals as a master terminal. Commands are entered for operation of all or a group of the workstations via the master terminal. Designation of the master terminal is changed to one or more different ones of the input terminals at different points in time. A spinning machine or winder that practices the method is also provided.

Provided is a control method for a yarn route inspection equipment, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method includes: detecting whether a first workstation in an initial yarn route inspection path is in a shoveling state; when the first workstation is not in the shoveling state, controlling the yarn route inspection equipment to inspect the first workstation; when the first workstation is in the shoveling state, controlling the yarn route inspection equipment to bypass the first workstation to inspect a second workstation and mark the first workstation as an uninspected state; and when inspection of the initial yarn route inspection path is completed and there is a workstation in the uninspected state, controlling the yarn route inspection equipment to perform supplementary inspection on the workstation in the uninspected state in the initial yarn route inspection path.

A machine controller for operation of a spinning mill machine includes a storage of an operating system code, container daemon code, and a plurality of container images. A processor section performs the following: provide a running operating system based on the operating system code; provide a running container daemon based on the container daemon code; and provide running containers based on the plurality of container images. The running operating system includes access functions for accessing the machine of the spinning mill and each one of a set of the running containers provides a service for controlling operation of the spinning mill machine. The running container daemon concurrently interfaces services of the running containers with access functions of the running operating system. The machine controller further includes an update service that updates the container images of the machine controller.

The method includes: determining T full-winding rates of a yarn spindle wound by a winding machine; and under the condition where it is determined that M full-winding rates in the T full-winding rates do not meet a requirement of a preset full-winding rate, determining a candidate characteristic parameter set, wherein a candidate characteristic parameter included in the candidate characteristic parameter set is the characteristic parameter that is selected from N first characteristic parameters corresponding to a full-winding rate not meeting the requirement of the preset full-winding rate and that causes the full-winding rate not meeting not to meet the requirement of the preset full-winding rate.
