SYSTEM ASSEMBLY INTERFACE
A system assembly interface between a multi-part superstructure carrier, which carries a superstructure, and an implant body, which has an internal thread, is disclosed. A part of the superstructure carrier is arranged on the implant body via an implant screw bolt. The superstructure carrier comprises a superstructure main carrier and an attachment carrier that is detachably screwed to it. The system assembly interface ensures secure support of the superstructure with simple pre-assembly and final assembly. In the case of a plurality of implant bodies carrying a partial or total prosthesis, no appreciable stresses occur despite static overdetermination.
Dental prosthetic system with a bridge structure that can be removed from a base structure
Method and prosthetic system for producing a substitution bridge structure with prosthetic teeth (6), for replacing an existing bridge structure (2) which is mounted on a base structure (1), wherein the base structure (1) is fixed to implants (10) by means of base screws (11) and the head (15) of the base screws (11) has a screw hole. A scan body is fixed to the head (15) of the base screws (11) and an intraoral scan of the oral cavity is executed and the scan data is related to a 3D digital model of the base structure (1) and/or of the existing bridge structure (2), wherein subsequently a 3D digital model of said substitution bridge structure is designed.
Omnidirectional multi-unit abutment system for screw-attached dental prostheses
A multi-unit abutment aligning a dental implant and a screw-attached prosthesis with copings is disclosed. The multi-unit abutment has a threaded base post for attachment to the implant and a ball portion. A swivel shell surrounds the ball and may be fixed in position with a lock screw. A drive feature on the ball allows a tool passing through the lock screw to drive the base post into the implant with the multi-unit assembly in a linear configuration. The swivel shell is then positioned and fixed at a desired tilt and azimuthal angle. The swivel shell has a mating surface for a coping. The lock screw remains accessible through an aperture in the coping when the prosthesis is positioned on the implant abutments. Different embodiments are disclosed for capturing the swivel shell on the ball. Methods for improving passive alignment of the prosthesis to the implants are described.
Dental implant analog
The present invention relates to a dental implant analog, an implant analog kit comprising the dental implant analog, the combination of a physical model of a set of a patient's teeth and the dental implant analog and a method of positioning a dental implant analog into a physical model of a set of a patient's teeth.
FIXTURE ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE, FIXTURE AND DENTAL IMPLANT ASSEMBLY
Disclosed herein a fixture engagement structure which constitutes a dental implant assembly and engages with a fixture inserted into a jawbone. The fixture engagement structure comprises: a first engagement structure alignment portion that is placed radially in an engagement area portion engaging with the fixture; and at least one second engagement structure alignment portion that is placed radially in the engagement area portion so as to be separate from the first engagement structure alignment portion and is arranged asymmetrically with respect to a center point located on a central axis of the fixture engagement structure. The second engagement structure alignment portion has a larger size than the first engagement structure alignment portion, along at least one of an outer circumference direction and a radial direction of the engagement area portion.
DENTAL RESTORATION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF BUILDING A RESTORATION
A dental restoration system (1) for restoring a tooth at least during healing of an implant construction (5) being set into a jaw of a patient comprises a crown abutment (3) and a locking member (2). The crown abutment (2) is configured to be positioned on a gingiva former (4) mounted to the implant construction (5). The locking member (2) has a contact face (212) and a fixing structure (24) configured to be fixed to the gingiva former (4). The crown abutment (3) has a through hole (31) configured to receive the locking member (2) such that the contact face (212) of the locking member (2) contacts the crown abutment (3) and the fixing structure (24) at least partially extends out of the crown abutment (3). The crown abutment (3) is made of an abutment material configured to bond with a crown material used to build a crown (6).
IMPLANT ABUTMENT CAPABLE OF STABLY ADJUSTING VERTICAL DIMENSION OF OCCLUSION
An implant abutment capable of stably adjusting vertical dimension of occlusion, the implant abutment comprising: an upper coupling portion that is an upper portion coupled to an artificial tooth; a lower coupling portion that is a lower portion coupled to a fixture; an exposed portion that is a portion exposed to the outside between the upper coupling portion and the lower coupling portion, and an adjustment groove that is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the upper coupling portion and inwardly recessed in the upper coupling portion. According to the implant abutment capable of stably adjusting vertical dimension of occlusion of the present invention, although the abutment has a low upper coupling portion, it can maintain stable coupling with the artificial tooth, thereby ultimately ensuring ease of adjusting a height of the abutment.
Dental Implant, Superstructure, And Dental Prothesis
Dental implant and superstructure each with an interface that allows direct attachment of the superstructure to the dental implant without the use of an abutment. The dental implant comprises an anti-rotation element that is arranged in the opening and is configured to prevent the superstructure from rotating about a longitudinal axis relative to the dental implant. The superstructure comprises an interface corresponding to the anti-rotation element, having a recess with two mutually opposite side flanks which are at a first distance from each other in a first region and, in a second region which is at a greater distance from the longitudinal axis than the first region, are at a second distance from each other, the second distance being smaller than the first distance.
Implant and abutment tooth assembly
An implant and abutment tooth assembly includes an implant, a rotatable connector, a screw bolt, and a photocurable resin capsule. The implant includes a threaded section and a rotatable adjustment seat, wherein the rotatable adjustment seat has an upper connection portion. The upper connection portion has a groove, two spherical portions, and a receiving trench. The rotatable connector includes a spherical rotation face, two end faces, an abutment, an internal screwing section, and a stepped notch. The screw bolt includes an external screwing section, a rotary head, and a force segment. The external screwing section is screwed with the internal screwing section of the rotatable connector, and the rotary head is movably received in the stepped notch of the rotatable connector.
