Fabrication and installation of a dental implant
A dental implant for supporting periodontal tissue and the supporting bone is provided. The dental implant includes an implant member with inner canal for insertion into a periodontal bone socket, and an anchoring assembly. The anchoring assembly includes a first fastening element and radially equidistant cylindrical members. The first fastening element engages the implant member within the hollow axial cavity. The root section includes through-holes for radially and forcibly sliding the cylindrical members through them. When the first fastening element apically advances within the hollow axial cavity, the cylindrical members generate an anchoring force to anchor the dental implant.
ADAPTOR FOR DENTAL IMPLANT ABUTMENT
An adaptor for a dental implant abutment includes a body extending along a longitudinal axis between a proximal end and a distal end. The body has a longitudinally extending bore extending from the proximal end for sliding receipt of a post of a dental implant abutment. The body has a distal shaft for inserting into a dental prosthetic, and the distal shaft tapers in outer diameter going towards the distal end. The body has proximal flange for securing between the dental prosthetic and the dental implant abutment. The proximal flange has a first ledge for abutting the dental implant abutment and a second ledge for abutting the dental prosthetic, and the second ledge tapers in outer diameter going towards the distal end.
ABUTMENT COUPLED TO UPPER PART OF DENTAL IMPLANT FIXTURE
An abutment coupled to an upper part of a dental implant fixture includes a coupler coupled to a polygonal groove or a polygonal protrusion of the fixture; and a body mounted with a crown which is an artificial tooth and has a shape to be connected to a mount driver used for coupling to the fixture and serves as a scan body for digital impression.
Condensing skeletal implant that facilitate insertions
A dental implant that facilitates insertion includes a body having a coronal end and an apical end opposite the coronal end. An implant-prosthetic interface region is provided adjacent the coronal end. A tapered region is adjacent the apical end. A variable profile helical thread extends along the tapered region. The thread becomes broader in the apical-coronal direction and higher in the coronal-apical direction. The threads include an apical side, a coronal side and a lateral edge connecting them. The variable profile thread includes an expanding length of the lateral edge while the distance of the lateral edge from the base is reduced in the direction of the coronal end. The implant also has a gradual compressing tapered core, a self drilling apical end with a spiral tap, and a coronal end with and inverse tapering.
Angled dental implant with angled anchor point
An angled zygomatic implant apparatus for spanning a patient's zygomatic bone and maxillary bone includes a zygomatic abutment screw with a conical receptacle and san implant threaded bore, the zygomatic abutment screw is adapted for fixation in the patient's zygomatic bone, and an angled extension having an implant end adapted with a conical portion adapted for fixation to the conical receptacle of the zygomatic abutment screw. The angled extension is elongated and otherwise adapted to span the space between a patient's zygomatic bone and maxillary bone for fixing a maxillary tooth implant.
ASSEMBLY FOR DENTAL RESTORATION
An assembly for dental restoration includes a healing element able to be connected to a dental implant, the healing element including a lateral surface intended to be integrated within a gum for the purpose of shaping the gum as the gum heals, and an end surface that forms, together with part of the lateral surface, an emergent surface that is intended to remain outside the gum and is asymmetrical with respect to at least one perpendicular median plane. The assembly for dental restoration also includes a detachable prosthesis support having a receiving part for a crown prosthesis and a linking part capable of engaging with a matching linking zone that is defined in a through-opening that is provided in the healing element.
Dental implant system and method
An implant fixture is disclosed. The implant fixture contains an elongated shaft section, a head section, wherein the head section comprises at least one concave area for bone growth therein, and a protrusion extending from the head section.
DENTAL IMPLANT
A dental implant is provided, wherein the dental implant includes a dental root implant. The dental root implant forms a columnar body, and two ends thereof have a tubular portion and a joint portion, respectively, wherein the tubular portion is provided with a plurality of through holes. A central groove is formed inside the tubular portion and communicates with the through holes, wherein an inner diameter of the central groove tapers from approaching the joint portion to away from the joint portion. The joint portion can be coupled to a dental crown, and the tubular portion can be coupled to a human alveolar bone. The through holes can facilitate an osseointegration of the dental root implant in the alveolar bone.
Dental implants
A dental implant, including a generally cylindrical body having a proximal open end and a distal closed end and an externally threaded surface, a socket extending distally from the proximal end and terminating at a proximally facing shoulder and an internally threaded hole extending distally from the proximally facing shoulder and a curved portion formed between the proximally facing shoulder and the internally threaded wall.
DUAL FIXATION SYSTEM FOR PROSTHESIS ON DENTAL IMPLANTS THAT ALLOWS THE PROSTHESIS TO BE SCREWED OR CLIP RETAINED AS APPROPRI-ATE
The invention relates to a dual fixation system for dental implant prosthesis consisting of: an intermediate abutment assembly for fixation on the implant, clip fixation device, fixation screw and cylinder that allows the prosthesis to be screwed or retained by clip as appropriate, individually or independently for each implant.
This system facilitates both the immediate loading technique and the execution of the definitive prosthesis made on an intermediate abutment, since retention by clip is very advantageous in the case of implants with unfavorable emergencies, joining them to the structure as abutments and without compromising the esthetics of the case.
