A dental implant system includes an anchoring part of a ceramic material and an insertion tool. The anchoring part includes an outer thread that defines an axis. The anchoring part has a recess for an engagement of a fastening post of an abutment as well as for an engagement of an insertion tool, the recess being open towards the coronal end. The recess has an inner structure region with an inner structure that forms an insertion geometry for interacting with a corresponding outer structure of the insertion tool, and the insertion tool has an engagement portion with the corresponding outer structure. The recess forms a support region coronally of the inner structure region, wherein a transition region with a surface which in the longitudinal section is concavely arcuate and/or conical is formed between the support region and the inner structure region.

Fabrication And Installation Of A Dental Implant

A dental implant for supporting periodontal tissue and the supporting bone is provided. The dental implant includes an implant member with inner canal for insertion into a periodontal bone socket, and an anchoring assembly. The anchoring assembly includes a first fastening element and radially equidistant cylindrical members. The first fastening element engages the implant member within the hollow axial cavity. The root section includes through-holes for radially and forcibly sliding the cylindrical members through them. When the first fastening element apically advances within the hollow axial cavity, the cylindrical members generate an anchoring force to anchor the dental implant.

Implants for enhanced anchoring within bone

Implants for anchoring within bone are provided herein. An implant may include at least one thread extending around a core in a plurality of turns from the coronal region to the apical region. The thread(s) has a thread outer diameter that may define a cylindrical portion, wherein the thread outer diameter remains constant for more than one turn around the core, and define a conical portion, wherein the thread outer diameter decreases at a thread diameter decrease rate in the apical direction. The thread(s) may have a plurality of notches spaced radially and longitudinally from one another. The notches may be partially notched to reflect a portion of a semi-spherical surface and partially notched to reflect a portion of a semi-cylindrical surface.

The invention relates to a dual fixation system for dental implant prosthesis consisting of: an intermediate abutment assembly for fixation on the implant, clip fixation device, fixation screw and cylinder that allows the prosthesis to be screwed or retained by clip as appropriate, individually or independently for each implant. This system facilitates both the immediate loading technique and the execution of the definitive prosthesis made on an intermediate abutment, since retention by clip is very advantageous in the case of implants with unfavorable emergencies, joining them to the structure as abutments and without compromising the esthetics of the case.

Condensing skeletal implant that facilitate insertions

A dental implant that facilitates insertion includes a body having a coronal end and an apical end opposite the coronal end. An implant-prosthetic interface region is provided adjacent the coronal end. A tapered region is adjacent the apical end. A variable profile helical thread extends along the tapered region. The thread becomes broader in the apical-coronal direction and higher in the coronal-apical direction. The threads include an apical side, a coronal side and a lateral edge connecting them. The variable profile thread includes an expanding length of the lateral edge while the distance of the lateral edge from the base is reduced in the direction of the coronal end. The implant also has a gradual compressing tapered core, a self drilling apical end with a spiral tap, and a coronal end with and inverse tapering.

Bendable prosthesis post and angular adjustment method

A BENDABLE PROSTHETIC ABUTMENT includes a guiding and anchoring segment, a connection zone, for connecting to an implant arranged on a gingival tissue for receiving a prosthetic abutment model, an intermediate restriction for angular orientation, a mounting and fastening portion forming an upper portion of the bendable prosthetic abutment for receiving a prosthesis, and a sacrificial and anchoring zone which has a diameter greater than a diameter of the connection zone so as to define a protuberant ring-shaped shoulder arranged between the intermediate restriction (4) and the connection zone (2) for connecting to an implant and anchoring in a cavity.
