Cementless Type Dental Implant
A cementless type dental implant includes: an abutment having vertical slits spaced apart from each other around an upper portion thereof, and having elastic coupling protrusions disposed between the vertical slits and radially providing elasticity; a crown cap having a coupling portion formed at a lower portion therein so that the upper portion of the abutment is inserted therein, having a screw hole formed at an upper portion therein, having a coupling step formed at a center therein to couple the elastic coupling protrusions of the abutment, and having a crown integrally formed outside; and an abutment screw inserted and fastened in a screw insertion hole of the abutment and having a protrusion pressing portion formed at an upper end thereof and pushing the elastic coupling protrusions radially outward when being fastened such that the elastic coupling protrusions are coupled inside the coupling step of the crown cap.
DENTURE ATTACHMENT
The present invention relates generally to a denture attachment. More particularly, the present invention relates to a denture attachment, wherein a user can detachably fasten a first fastening part coupled to a denture to a second fastening part placed on top of a natural tooth's root or implant fixture by a simple operation, and furthermore, even when occlusal force is continuously applied to the denture, the applied force can be buffered by an elastic rib structure of the attachment itself. Consequently, it is possible to extend not only lifespan of the attachment, but also lifespan of the implant fixture or natural tooth's root, and to provide superior performance with a significantly smaller volume than existing attachments, while providing excellent durability.
Sleeve for installing a crown on a miniature dental implant
A sleeve for installing a crown on a miniature dental implant. The sleeve has a bore for receiving an abutment on a miniature dental implant. The sleeve has a shape configured and arranged for being received in the bore of a dental crown to prevent dental cement from flowing to the gum line.
IMPLANT ASSEMBLY
The present invention proposes an implant assembly provided with an abutment that enables easy coupling with a crown. An abutment (20) according to the present invention has a fastening depression (24) that is formed in the center thereof and a top inclined surface (22) that increases outward from the top end of the fastening depression (24), and is fixed to the upper portion of a fixture (80) that is fixed to the alveolar bone. A crown link (30) has a bottom inclined surface (32) and a crown support portion (36). When the crown link (30) is placed on the abutment (20), the top inclined surface (22) and the bottom inclined surface (32) are coupled to each other, and simultaneously the through hole (38) of the crown link (30) and the fastening depression (24) of the abutment (20) are coaxially aligned with each other.
Tooth implant
The invention relates to an implant for osseointegration into a jaw bone, having a receiving opening one section of which is designed as an inner polygon, and at its distal end, the implant includes an indexing that reproduces the geometry of the inner polygon.
Abutment for Implant Connector
A dental abutment, is disclosed, comprising first and second units, the first unit is removably connectible to an unclaimed in vivo dental implant by a connective element pivotable with respect to both units. Said first unit having a distal end contoured in match with an end contour of the dental implant, and a proximal end contoured in match with a distal end contour of the second unit, said proximal end comprises a supportive surface adapted to lie in contact with a contact surface located on the distal end of the second unit. The supportive surface and the contact surface may be planner (uncurved) surfaces, and the connective means between the units may be other than and unattached to the connective element which connects the first unit to an intended implant. A tolerated connective assembly bar may be secured to the disclosed abutment, for retaining a dental milled by a plurality of the disclosed dental abutment.
Screw-attached pick-up dental coping system and methods
A temporary alignment system and method for holding a dental coping to an implant abutment using the same threads in the abutment that are used for definitive attachment are disclosed. The disclosed temporary fasteners initially orient and hold a coping against an abutment with a force along the same axis as the semi-definitive screw. The aligned coping can be picked-up in a closed-tray impression process without unscrewing the temporary fastener. Embodiments include threaded posts that release copings from the abutment through axial forces. Some embodiments include a threaded post with separable cap that is picked-up with the coping. Methods for converting an existing prosthesis for screw attachment to implants in a single visit and digital capture of the converted prosthesis are described.
ANGULATED DENTAL IMPLANT
A dental implant includes a generally cylindrical body, an interior bore, and a non-rotational feature. The generally cylindrical body has a main-central axis and is formed from cold-worked, high strength, commercially pure titanium having an ultimate tensile strength of at least about 900 MPa. The generally cylindrical body has a proximal portion and an opposing distal portion for anchoring the dental implant in bone of a patient. The interior bore is formed in the generally cylindrical body and has (i) a bore-central axis and (ii) a threaded portion for receiving a screw that is configured to removable hold an abutment in engagement with the dental implant. The non-rotational feature is configured to engage the abutment in a non-rotational fashion.
BENDABLE CASTABLE ABUTMENT FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A DENTAL PROSTHESIS FRAMEWORK
A castable abutment that includes a fixing base provided with a through hole intended for placing a fixing screw of the castable abutment to the dental implant or to the dental implant analogue; a hollow tubular wall made of castable material and connected to the fixing base, including a hollow tubular joint made up of a succession of first and second asymmetrical frustoconical rings joined in succession forming an accordion section, made of a material and thickness selected to be elastically deformable, the geometry of which enables the tubular joint to be held in an inclined position.
