The invention relates to a process for producing a dental prosthesis with the chronological steps: A) Inserting the prosthetic teeth into the prosthetic base and connecting them with it in such a way that after their insertion into the prosthetic base the prosthetic teeth have limited movability in the prosthetic base B) Changing the position and/or the orientation of at least one prosthetic tooth in the prosthetic base; C) Fixing the prosthetic teeth on the coronal side in a key, and securing the orientation and position of the prosthetic teeth to one another in the changed position and/or orientation; D) Separating the prosthetic teeth from the prosthetic base; F) Fastening the prosthetic teeth in the prosthetic base with a cement or an adhesive, the gaps between the surfaces of the prosthetic base that are provided for fixation of the prosthetic teeth and the prosthetic teeth being filled with the cement or the adhesive; and G) Allowing the cement or adhesive to harden, the prosthetic teeth being solidly connected with the prosthetic base, so that the orientation and position of the prosthetic teeth to one another and to the prosthetic base is fixed, and separating the key from the prosthetic teeth. The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced using such a process and a kit to carry out such a process.
Denture As Well As Method Of Producing A Denture
The invention relates to a denture, made of teeth, in particular prefabricated teeth, and of a denture base made of a gingival material, comprising cavities for teeth in which cavities for the teeth are mounted, in particular attached by bonding, characterized in that the denture base (12) is produced by a CAD/CAM process forming the cavities (20) for the teeth (14), and in that cervical areas (40a) of the teeth (14) extending through the basal surface (16, 18) of the denture base (12) are removed, in particular abraded or milled.

Removable partial denture
The invention relates to an assembly set for a removable partial denture comprising one or more replacement teeth as well as a framework with one or more retention sections. Each of the retention sections is configured to receive and retain one or more of the replacement teeth. Each of the replacement teeth comprises a bottom face with a surface structure configured to engage an assigned complementary retention structure provided by one of the retention sections of the framework configured to receive the respective replacement tooth. Each surface structure provides in combination with the assigned complementary retention structure a non-destructive detachable direct connection between the replacement tooth comprising the respective surface structure and the retention section comprising the respective assigned complementary retention structure.
REMOVABLE PARTIAL DENTURE
The invention relates to an assembly set for a removable partial denture comprising one or more replacement teeth as well as a framework with one or more retention sections. Each of the retention sections is configured to receive and retain one or more of the replacement teeth. Each of the replacement teeth comprises a bottom face with a surface structure configured to engage an assigned complementary retention structure provided by one of the retention sections of the framework configured to receive the respective replacement tooth. Each surface structure provides in combination with the assigned complementary retention structure a non-destructive detachable direct connection between the replacement tooth comprising the respective surface structure and the retention section comprising the respective assigned complementary retention structure.
Occlusion determination device
The invention relates to an occlusion determination device (10), with a bite frame (34) and an extraoral bracket (12) which are connected together, wherein a reference element has at least one vertical leg (19, 21) and at least one horizontal leg (14, 16) and is connected by way of a bipupillar linkage (24) to the bite frame (34). The reference element is designed as an extraoral bracket (12) which extends vertically offset from the bite frame (34).
Tooth produced in a mold, and dental prosthesis
The invention relates to a tooth made of ceramics, a composite or plastic, which is produced in a mold, said tooth having a basal surface (16) that comprises a trough (18). The especially elliptical or circular trough (18) is adapted to the basal surface (16) and has a trough edge (22, 24) which extends at least partially in an angle of more than 45 degrees, in particular more than 60 degrees or 70 degrees, with respect to the adjacent basal surface (16).
Method for Producing a Dental Prosthesis
The invention relates to a process for producing a dental prosthesis with the chronological steps:
A) Inserting the prosthetic teeth into the prosthetic base and connecting them with it in such a way that after their insertion into the prosthetic base the prosthetic teeth have limited movability in the prosthetic base
B) Changing the position and/or the orientation of at least one prosthetic tooth in the prosthetic base;
C) Fixing the prosthetic teeth on the coronal side in a key, and securing the orientation and position of the prosthetic teeth to one another in the changed position and/or orientation;
D) Separating the prosthetic teeth from the prosthetic base;
F) Fastening the prosthetic teeth in the prosthetic base with a cement or an adhesive, the gaps between the surfaces of the prosthetic base that are provided for fixation of the prosthetic teeth and the prosthetic teeth being filled with the cement or the adhesive; and
G) Allowing the cement or adhesive to harden, the prosthetic teeth being solidly connected with the prosthetic base, so that the orientation and position of the prosthetic teeth to one another and to the prosthetic base is fixed, and separating the key from the prosthetic teeth.
The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced using such a process and a kit to carry out such a process.
ARTIFICIAL TOOTH
An object is to provide an artificial tooth that can be attached to a denture base designed by CAD/CAM to be formed easily and accurately when the artificial tooth is arranged on the denture base.
In an artificial tooth (21) that has a shape corresponding to a denture base that is designed on CAD based on three-dimensional data and is cut out, a regulator (21a to 21h) that regulates the rotation on the axis of the tooth as the center is provided for a portion to touch the denture base, and the regulator has a shape so as not to engage with the denture base in the direction of the axis of the tooth.
