Powered oral care implement including a tracking module and tracking module thereof
An oral care system that includes an oral care implement and a tracking attachment. The oral care implement may include a handle and a head. The tracking attachment is detachably coupled to the oral care implement. The tracking attachment may include a first component comprising a first housing having an inner surface that defines a first cavity and a second component comprising a second housing having an inner surface that defines a second cavity. When the tracking attachment is coupled to the oral care implement, a first portion of the handle is positioned within the first cavity and a second portion of the handle is positioned within the second cavity.
Elastically-pressed electric toothbrush head
An electric toothbrush head includes a brush body. The brush body includes an insertion cavity and a plug-in unit inserted into the insertion cavity. The plug-in unit includes a friction arm and an elastic arm cooperatively forming a pressing channel therebetween. The elastic arm has a bending section with a pressing surface facing the pressing channel. The friction arm has a convex section with a friction surface facing the pressing channel. The pressing surface and a concave-convex structure of the convex section press opposite sides of a vibration unit to fix the vibration unit in the pressing channel. The convex section has a concave surface facing an inner side wall of the insertion cavity, with a curved interval formed between the concave surface and the inner side wall. An elastic rubber block is filled in the curved interval and the elastic rubber block abuts against the inner side wall.
Three-way mechanical toothbrush
A three-way mechanical toothbrush includes an angular mechanical toothbrush having a plurality of switches and a charging port disposed on a first end and a toothbrush head disposed on a second end. The toothbrush head provides for three (3) discrete areas of brush bristles with each area capable of multiple directional brushing action.
Method for producing a toothbrush head
A method for producing a toothbrush head, comprising: providing at least two filament containers, each comprising a supply of loose filaments that differ in at least one of their property selected from material, diameter, cross-section, shape, and presence of additives and/or coating; picking bristle tufts from the containers and arranging them in a perforation plate comprising holes shaped and distributed according to a desired bristle field of the brush head to be produced; arranging an energy source and the ends of the tufts in a contactless arrangement, wherein the ends of the tufts to be fused are at different distances from the energy source, and wherein the distance is adjusted according to the at least one property; applying energy to the ends of the tufts until fuse balls are formed thereon; transferring the tufts to a molding position, wherein a distance between at least one fuse ball and the front surface is different from the distance between the bottom edge of said fuse ball and the front surface in the fusing position; over-molding the fuse balls with molten plastic material thereby forming a cleaning element carrier; transferring the cleaning element carrier to a brush head mold and injecting molten plastic material into the brush head mold forming a toothbrush head, wherein the cleaning element carrier is over-molded thereby and the tufts are still located in the perforation plate.
Oral care implement and handle and refill head thereof
An oral care implement handle or a refill head therefor. The refill head may include a sleeve portion extending from a proximal end to a distal end, the sleeve portion having an inner surface that defines an internal cavity. The internal cavity may extend along a sleeve axis from an open bottom end at the proximal end of the sleeve portion to a closed top end, the internal cavity being configured to receive an attachment portion of a stem of an oral care implement handle. The internal cavity may have a proximal section adjacent the open bottom end and a distal section adjacent the closed top end. The distal section of the internal cavity may include a central portion located on the sleeve axis and at least one slot portion radially extending from the central portion.
Electric utility brush with a dynamic brush head
An electric utility brush with a dynamic brush head which has a rotatable head which is capable of undergoing rotation about two separate axes in order to effect multiple modes of brushing.
VERSATILE REFILL HEADS FOR MANUAL AND ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSHES AND TOOTHBRUSH KIT USING SAME
A plurality of mass-produced versatile toothbrush refills for a secure removable engagement with a plurality of mass-produced non-identical toothbrush handles including handles of electric toothbrushes and handles of manual toothbrushes. Each of the refills comprises: a proximal and distal ends opposite thereto and a longitudinal axis extending between the proximal end and the distal end; a cleaning head with a plurality of cleaning elements adjacent to the distal end; and a neck extending from the cleaning head and terminating at the proximal end. The neck has a wall defining a cavity for receiving a handle engagement structure of any one of the toothbrush handles. The refill includes a refill engagement structure configured to form the secure removable engagement with the handle engagement structure.
STRUCTURE FOR COUPLING TOOTHBRUSH HEAD TO ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH HANDLE
