FULL BRISTLE FIELD JET-BRUSH COMBINATION
Provided is a brush head for an oral cleaning device for cleaning teeth with a combination of brushing and emitting of a cleaning agent. The brush head comprises a bristle set for brushing the teeth and a nozzle for emitting the cleaning agent. When actuating the bristle set from a first configuration, which is optimized for brushing, to a second configuration, which is optimized for emitting of a cleaning agent, at least a part of the bristle 5 set is moved away from the nozzle and/or away from a path of the cleaning agent when being emitted from an orifice of the nozzle.

The present invention relate to an electric toothbrush with an elongate body comprising a housing, a brush head and a neck member arranged between the housing and the brush head, wherein i) the housing accommodates a motor for generating an oscillation movement to a shaft extended from the motor, i) the neck member couples with the shaft such that the oscillation movement is transmittable to the neck member whereby the neck member and the shaft are oscillatable together in the same extent, iii) a proximal end of the brush head is provided with a circumferential region rotatably fitted to a distal end of the neck member, and iv) the electric toothbrush further comprises an elongate strip member extending from the neck region to the brush head with opposite ends of the strip member fixedly connected to the brush head and the neck member, respectively.
Personal care device with separable coupling in drive train
The present disclosure is concerned with a personal care device having a head portion having a driven treatment head, a handle portion having a drive unit for providing a motion having a motion direction, and a drive train extending between the drive unit and the driven treatment head for transmitting the motion from the drive unit to the driven treatment head, the drive train having a separable coupling. The separable coupling has a first coupling part having a first coupling element, a second coupling part having a second coupling element, the first and the second coupling elements being separably engaged with each other, and a resilient element biasing the first coupling element and the second coupling element against each other so that the first and second coupling elements are engaged in a gap-free manner along the motion direction.

An electric toothbrush is disclosed herein. The electric toothbrush may include an elongated body portion with opposed first and second ends and a longitudinal axis extending therebetween; a brush head section arrangeable toward the first end and including: a first bristle support member rotatable in a first direction, and a second bristle support member coupled to the first bristle support member and rotatable in a second direction about a centrally defined axis, the second direction being opposite the first direction; and a drive rod coupled to at least the first bristle support member and having an axis oriented so as to extend coincident with, or substantially parallel to, the longitudinal axis of the electric toothbrush, the drive rod being arranged to linearly move along the axis so as to rotate the first bristle support member in the first direction and rotate the second bristle support member in the second direction.
Teeth cleaning system and method of use
A teeth cleaning system, which provides improved coverage or brushing area. The system includes an actuated tray comprises brushing elements. The brushing elements may be positioned to engage the front, rear, and top surfaces of the upper and lower jaw teeth. The actuation may be configured to oscillate the tray in a lateral direction which may brush all the surfaces of teeth simultaneously. The sleeve portion has an inner surface that defines a sleeve cavity having a cavity axis and a second engagement feature. When the oral care refill head is detachably coupled to the handle, the first and second engagement features mate with one another to at least one of: (1) position the oral care refill head and the handle in an operational alignment; and (2) lock the oral care refill head to the handle.

The invention relates to a dental tool having a shank region, which is formed for coupling to a dental handpiece, and also having a work region, which is connected to the shank region. In this case, the shank region of the dental tool is formed so that there is the possibility of latchable insertion and removal without actuation. In particular, at least the shank region can consist of plastics material. As a result, inter alia facilitated handling of the tool and inexpensive production of the tool are rendered possible.
