APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR SUPPORTING AND CHARGING A DENTAL DEVICE
An assembly for supporting and charging a dental device. The assembly has three major components comprising a charging base, a rinsing cup and a dental device. The assembly allows the charging base to wirelessly charge the dental device when the dental device is placed within the rinsing cup, which is located on top of the charging base. The bottom interior surface of the rinsing cup has a convex dome that helps stabilize the assembly. The dental device further includes a magnet to ensure stability and promote reliable charging.
PLURALITY OF MASS-PRODUCED MULTI-COMPONENT PLASTIC HOUSINGS
A plurality of mass-produced identical multi-component housings for toothbrush handles, each housing having a length of about 120-200 mm, which is at least three times greater than a maximal orthogonal dimension thereof. Each housings includes at least a first component made of a first hard-plastic material, a second component made of a second hard-plastic material, and a third component made of a soft-plastic material, which are integrally joined together to form a generally tubular structure. Each housing includes a tolerance-elimination element made of the second plastic material, attached to one of first component's ends, at least partially overmolded by the soft-plastic material, and having an average length of about 3-20 mm, which average length varies among at least some of the tolerance-elimination elements by a lengthwise dimension that is at least ten times greater than the lengthwise maximal dimension variations of the length among the individual multi-component housings.
Electric toothbrush head
The application discloses an electric toothbrush head mounted on a driving handle, comprising: a toothbrush head body provided with a connection hole; a connection component mounted in the connection hole and used to connect the toothbrush head body with the driving handle; wherein the connection component comprises a tail hood for being inserted and received in the connection hole; and wherein the tail hood sequentially comprises a middle main shell; the middle main shell is provided with an elastic arm, and the elastic arm is provided with a first boss abutted against the driving handle; an outer side of the middle main shell is wrapped with an elastic piece; an outer side of the tail hood is further sleeved with a silicone sleeve. The applicationsolves the problems in the existing electric toothbrush heads, such as large vibration and noise, and poor user experience.
Oral hygiene systems and methods
A method for promoting compliance with an oral hygiene regimen includes displaying, on a display device, a representation of at least a portion of a set of teeth of a user. The method also includes overlaying an indicium on the representation such that the indicium is associated with a first section of the representation. Responsive to a determination, via at least one of one or more processors, that a head of an oral hygiene device is positioned directly adjacent to a first section of the set of teeth that corresponds to the first section of the representation for at least a predetermined amount of time, the indicium is removed from the display device.
AUTOMATIC TOOTHBRUSHES
Automatic toothbrushes are disclosed herein. A toothbrush configured in accordance with embodiments of the present technology can include, for example, a handle and a mouthguard coupled to the handle. The mouthguard can be configured to be positioned within a mouth of a user over multiple teeth of the user. A brush assembly having a plurality of bristles can be removably positioned within the mouthguard for engaging and cleaning the teeth of the user. A motor can be disposed within or coupled to the handle and configured to articulate the brush assembly within the mouthguard.
Oral care implement and handle and refill head thereof
An oral care implement handle or a refill head therefor. The oral care implement handle may include a gripping portion and a stem protruding from a shoulder of the gripping portion. The stem may include a post located at a distal end of the stem. The post may have a non-circular transverse profile. More specifically, the post may include a hub portion and a protuberance that either protrudes radially from a side surface of the hub portion, protrudes upward from the shoulder of the gripping portion, or both. The refill head may include a sleeve having an inner surface that defines an internal cavity. The internal cavity may include a central portion and at least one slot portion extending radially from the central portion. Thus, the internal cavity of the sleeve portion may have a profile configured to receive the stem of the oral care implement handle.
Oral care implement
An oral-care implement having a housing extending along a longitudinal-extension direction, a functional element mounted at the housing for driven motion relative to the housing, a motion-transmitter element disposed within the housing and extending along the longitudinal-extension direction. The motion-transmitter element has a first coupling portion coupled with the functional element. The motion-transmitter element has a metal-sheet portion made from a punched and bent metal sheet. The metal-sheet portion can have at least one section having a non-flat cross-sectional shape in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal-extension direction, such as an L-shape, or U-shape, or S-shape.
Electrically driven device
An electrically driven device includes a housing, an electric motor with a drive shaft having a first rotary axis and a drive pin connected to the drive shaft eccentrically with respect to the rotary axis, and a driven shaft having a second rotary axis and mounted in the housing for a pivoting about the second rotary axis. The driven shaft is indirectly coupled to the drive shaft by a gear mechanism converting a rotary motion of the drive shaft into a reciprocating pivoting motion of the driven shaft. The gear mechanism includes a cross slider having a sliding support extending perpendicular to the first rotary axis and receiving the drive pin. The cross slider is guided in the housing by a parallel lever in the form of a parallelogram by at least two pivotable links. The driven shaft is coupled to the cross slider by one of the said links, thereby converting a rotary motion of the drive shaft into a reciprocating pivoting of the driven shaft.
Electric toothbrush
A electric toothbrush comprises a handle and a brush head. A motor is arranged in the handle and a transmission rod is arranged in the brush head. The motor has a rotating shaft, which extends from a casing of the motor. A transmission connection member is arranged between the transmission rod and the rotating shaft of the motor, one end of the transmission connection member is connected with the rotating shaft, the other end is connected with the transmission rod. A sealing member surrounding the rotating shaft is arranged at the rotating shaft extending position of the outer surface of the casing. The sealing member extends from the outer surface of the casing of the motor to the transmission connection member, and a gap between the inside of the sealing member and the rotating shaft constitutes a first cavity. A second cavity is formed between the sealing member and a sleeving cavity of the transmission connection member.
Brushing device with illumination features
