HANDLE FOR ORAL-CARE IMPLEMENT FOR SAFE AND HYGIENIC USE BY MULTIPLE USERS AND METHOD OF DISINFECTING THE SAME
A handle for an oral-care implement, the handle comprises an electrical motor arranged to drive an output element structured and configured to couple the handle and a head attachable to and detachable from the handle; and a microcontroller for controlling the motor and to cause the output element to vibrate in (a) at least one oral-hygiene mode during which the oral-care implement is being used for an oral-hygiene routine, wherein the output element is vibrating at a substantially constant frequency, and (b) a disinfection mode during which the handle is being disinfected, before or after being used for the oral-hygiene routine, wherein the output element is continuously vibrating at a modulated frequency alternating within a frequency range of between about 140 Hz and about 250 Hz, for a duration of the disinfection mode.
DENTAL HANDPIECE AND DENTAL HANDPIECE WITH CLEANING ADAPTER
A dental handpiece includes a cylindrical outer body, an insert body that includes an ultrasonic vibrator, and is accommodated in the outer body, a front end portion of the insert body and a rear end portion of the insert body, a tip connection portion that detachably holds a scale tip to which ultrasonic vibration from the ultrasonic vibrator is transmitted, and a cleaning liquid flow path that guides a cleaning liquid supplied from a cleaning liquid injection port of the insert body to a front end portion of the outer body. The cleaning liquid flow path includes an immersion flow path in which the insert body is immersed in the cleaning liquid in the outer body and the cleaning liquid in which the insert body is immersed is discharged from the front end portion of the outer body.
Personal care system and method
In one embodiment, a personal care appliance includes an electric motor having a drive shaft. In response to a voltage signal, the drive shaft is oscillated in an oscillatory motion having an oscillation amplitude. A control circuit includes, in operable cooperation, a user interface, a processor, a pulse width modulation signal generator, and a power source. The control circuit supplies the voltage signal to the electric motor, the voltage signal having a frequency and a duty cycle. The control circuit varies the frequency and the duty cycle of the voltage signal in response to an oscillation adjustment input received from the user interface so that the oscillation amplitude of the drive shaft is varied along a substantially linear rate of change profile relative to the frequency.
Electric toothbrush head
Provided is an electric toothbrush head including a brush body and an inserting block. A receiving cavity is provided in a lower part of the brush body and is inserted by the inserting block; the inserting block is provide internally with a machine core channel into which a vibrating- machine core is inserted; a pin is provided in the brush body, is inserted in an upper part of the inserting block, and fixedly connects the upper part of the inserting block with the brush body; a bottom abutment ring is formed on a bottom of the inserting block and is located below the brush body; the upper part of the inserting block is in fixed connection with the brush body via the pin, and the bottom of the inserting block abuts against the bottom of the brush body via the bottom abutment ring.
ORAL CARING DEVICE
Disclosed is an oral caring device. The oral caring device includes a handle part and a caring head part, the handle part is configured to be suitable for hand-holding, the caring head part includes a flushing stem, and a brush head structure, arranged at the second end of the flushing stem. According to the technical solution of the present disclosure, the oral caring device has a synchronous flushing function to improve a cleaning effect and user experience.
COMPACT TOOTHBRUSH WITH GIMBLE-MOUNTED VIBRATION MOTOR
An electronic toothbrush including a toothbrush head assembly extending in an axial direction. The toothbrush head assembly has a toothbrush head supporting a plurality of bristles oriented in a direction transverse to the axial direction. A motor cup assembly includes a motor cup and a shaft member extending into a neck portion of the toothbrush head assembly. An electric vibration motor is secured by the motor cup. A handle housing circumscribes the motor cup, a chassis structure and control electronics. A gimbal arrangement includes a gimbal pin oriented substantially perpendicular to the axial direction and received by the chassis structure. The gimbal arrangement constrains vibrational displacement of the shaft member arising from vibrational energy produced by the electric vibration motor to within a plane substantially normal to a longitudinal axis of the gimbal pin. The shaft member causes the toothbrush head assembly to be displaced within the plane.
ACOUSTIC WAVE TYPE ELECTRIC CLEANING CARE APPLIANCE AND PRESSURE ALARM DEVICE FOR SAME
Disclosed are an acoustic wave type electric cleaning and care tool and a pressure warning device for same. Upper and lower drive shaft bearings are fixed on a drive shaft. The upper bearing is fixed in left and right brackets by a fixed surface and is stationary. The lower bearing is fixed in the brackets by a upper fixed surface and perform a relative movement such that the lower bearing is separated from or contact with the upper fixed surface. The alarm device comprises a lever, a light-emitting element and a photosensitive element. The lever is provided with a shielding surface and/or a light-shielding protrusion. Light energy is changed by the change of gap between the shielding surface and/or the light-shielding protrusion and the photosensitive element. The change in electrical performance parameters of the photosensitive element is detected to acquire a load pressure on a cleaning element and realize pressure alarm.
Connector for a manual oral care implement
A connector for repeatedly attaching and detaching a head to and from a handle of a manual oral care implement has an outer surface and a recess. The recess forms a cavity within the connector, wherein the cavity comprises a spring-loaded ball-snap element, the element comprising a ball and a spring, the spring applying a radial force onto the ball in a direction towards the outer surface of the connector.
Laser-enhanced optical element
A handheld device (100) including a housing; at least one light source arranged within the housing, the at least one light source configured to emit light in at least a first direction; an optical element (300) comprising an inside surface (A) facing the at least one light source and an outside surface (B) opposite the inside surface, the optical element configured to transmit light from the light source; and a plurality of laser-induced modifications (302) formed on the inside surface or inside the optical element and configured to alter a transmission of light through the optical element.
