Clothing for clean room having an integrated pouch, and associated packaging method
Piece of protective clothing for a cleanroom intended to be worn by a user and comprising an outer face provided to be in contact with the outside environment and an inner face arranged to be in contact with the user wearing said piece of clothing, the piece of clothing comprising a pouch for packaging the piece of clothing and connected to the inner face of the piece of clothing by irreversible fastening means and having a single wall connected by its contours to the inner face of the piece of clothing and having an outer face provided to be in contact with the outside environment once the piece of clothing has been packaged in the pouch and an inner face provided to be in contact with the user wearing said piece of clothing, the wall having four corners and an opening having a rounded shape extending between two opposite corners.
Hand-Engaging Devices with Traction-Enhancing Features
Hand-engaging devices include: (a) a base member having a first side for engaging a user's hand and an opposite second side providing a mount surface; and (b) a traction pad engaged with the mount surface. The traction pad may include a base surface and plural traction elements extending outward from the base surface. The traction elements may include a free end and/or a free edge spaced apart from the base surface. In some examples, a first set of the plural traction elements may include a one-piece structure forming a traction element base extending along a portion of the base surface of the traction pad and first and second traction elements. Each of these traction elements may extend away from the traction element base, through the base surface, and to a free end of the traction element that is spaced from an exposed face of the base surface.
Photosensitizing antibody-fluorophore conjugates
Methods of killing cells are described. In particular examples, the method includes contacting a cell having a cell surface protein with a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody-IR700 molecule, wherein the antibody specifically binds to the cell surface protein, such as a tumor-specific antigen on the surface of a tumor cell. The cell is subsequently irradiated, such as at a wavelength of 660 to 740 nm at a dose of at least 1 J cm.sup.2. The cell is also contacted with one or more therapeutic agents (such as an anti-cancer agent), for example about 0 to 8 hours after irradiating the cell, thereby killing the cell. Also provided are methods of imaging cell killing in real time, using fluorescence lifetime imaging.
