URINARY PUMPING DEVICE
An urinary pumping device for generating a fluid flow through a urethra of a patient includes an activation arrangement configured to induce intermittent compression and release of the urethra, and a mounting structure to mount and unmount the activation arrangement to a body of the patient. The mounting structure is configured to position the activation arrangement on the body of the patient such that the urethra of the patient can be intermittently compressed and released by the activation arrangement.
Incontinence clamping device
The disclosure describes and illustrates improvements to an incontinence clamping device, to include an adjustable hinge. An embodiment of the incontinence clamping device more specifically includes two arms coupled together with a hinge pin in a way that permits two configurations of the arms. The improvements and inventions discussed herein provide a better user experience and increase the usability of the incontinence clamp device.
TRANSDERMALLY POWERED MR-CONDITIONAL MEDICAL IMPLANT INFLATOR SYSTEM
A wirelessly powered inflatable medical implant system includes a medical provider software application, a patient external controller and a MR-Conditional, nonferrous pump in reservoir implant. The medical provider software application programs the patient external controller for the patient to transmit wireless power and control signals to circuitry in a pump in reservoir implant. In response, the pump in reservoir implant, containing a fluid reservoir and pump package submerged therein, transfers fluid from the reservoir through tubing, and into one or more inflatable medical implants. Submerging the pump package within the reservoir simplifies surgery in males and pump placement in females and provides pump package heatsinking to limit implant overheating.
Distributed pressure fenestrated urethral compression apparatus for treatment of male urinary sphincter deficiency with preservation of blood flow
An urethral compression apparatus is defined by a semi-cylindrical fenestrated dorsal hood that is worn dorsally on the penis and which is interconnected with a strap to a urethral compressor that is oriented ventrally to apply compressive pressure on the urethra to prevent urine leakage. The dorsal hood and the urethral compressor apply distributed pressure that prevents compromised venous and arterial circulation but eliminate incontinence. The device may be worn continually and is easily removed to allow voiding, then reattached. The fenestration in the dorsal hood (or plural fenestrations as the case may be) allows distribution of pressure to avoid venous and arterial blood flow interruption. The dorsal hood partially encircles the penile shaft and the urethral compressor is oriented ventrally and applies the desired pressure to the soft ventral tissues and the urethra. A strap applies tension between the dorsal hood and the urethral compressor, and thus the necessary compression between these two components.
URINARY INCONTINENCE PREVENTION CLIP FOR MEN
A urinary incontinence prevention clip for men includes: a clip body having an upper frame positioned so as to correspond to the upper part of male genitalia, a lower frame positioned so as to correspond to the lower part of the male genitalia, and a connection part connected to one side of the upper frame and the lower frame and providing elastic force in a direction, in which the upper frame and the lower frame are spread; cushion parts respectively provided on the inside of the upper frame and the inside of the lower frame; and locking parts formed at both ends of the clip body so as to be fastened to each other, wherein the upper frame is formed so as not to press the blood vessels of the male genitalia and the lower frame is formed so as to press the urethras of the male genitalia.
Device for managing male urinary incontinence and reducing erectile dysfunction
A device operable to reduce the effects of erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence in males which includes at least two inflatable chambers which encircle a portion of the penis. The two inflatable chambers are operable to constrict at least one vein of the penis in order to limit the flow of blood out of the penis via the at least one vein. The at least two inflatable chambers are also operable to maintain positioning of the device on the penis and to constrict the urethra in order to limit the flow of urine out of the penis.

INCONTINENCE CLAMP DEVICE
An incontinence clamping device has been presented herein. The incontinence clamping device comprises an upper clamp arm having a stopper and a bottom clamp arm having a locking component with a plurality of interlocking gaps. The incontinence clamping device further comprises a top and a bottom stabilizer having a plurality of zig-zag portion including at least one or more elevated and one or more non-elevated portions. The incontinence clamping device further comprises an upper silicone fitting that is used for accommodating the top stabilizer and a bottom silicone fitting that is used for accommodating the bottom stabilizer. The incontinence clamping device in its closed state allows for delivery of different pressures to urethra and corpus spongiosum as a function of various sizes of penises in a flaccid state.
Instrument for preventing male urinary incontinence and cover
A urinary incontinence prevention instrument for males includes: an annular part made by forming a portion of a belt-like component; a convex part for pressing the urethra attached to the inner circumference surface side of the annular part; an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the diameter of the annular part; and a pinching-prevention component having a hole for passing the belt-like component, a lower part of the pinching-prevention component is positioned between the penis and the adjustment mechanism, preventing the skin of the penis from being pinched in the adjustment mechanism, the adjustment mechanism is located inside the hole, and both ends of the belt-like component pass through the inside of the hole and penetrate an upper part of the pinching-prevention component, the lower part of the pinching-prevention component and the convex part for pressing the urethra are at positions facing each other with the penis sandwiched in between.
