INSTRUMENT FOR PREVENTING MALE URINARY INCONTINENCE
20190321153 · 2019-10-24 ·

A urinary incontinence prevention instrument for males includes: an annular part made by annularly forming a portion of a belt-like component; a convex part for pressing the urethra, convex parts attached to the inner circumference surface side of the annular part; and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the diameter of the annular part. The instrument includes a lodge-proof prevention component having a hole for passing the belt-like component. The lodge-proof prevention component, positioned between the penis and the adjustment mechanism, prevents the skin of the penis from being lodged in the adjustment mechanism.

Distributed Pressure Fenestrated Urethral Compression Apparatus for Treatment of Male Urinary Sphincter Deficiency with Preservation of Blood Flow
20190314129 · 2019-10-17 · ·

An urethral compression apparatus is defined by a semi-cylindrical fenestrated dorsal hood that is worn dorsally on the penis and which is interconnected with a strap to a urethral compressor that is oriented ventrally to apply compressive pressure on the urethra to prevent urine leakage. The dorsal hood and the urethral compressor apply distributed pressure that prevents compromised venous and arterial circulation but eliminate incontinence. The device may be worn continually and is easily removed to allow voiding, then reattached. The fenestration in the dorsal hood (or plural fenestrations as the case may be) allows distribution of pressure to avoid venous and arterial blood flow interruption. The dorsal hood partially encircles the penile shaft and the urethral compressor is oriented ventrally and applies the desired pressure to the soft ventral tissues and the urethra. A strap applies tension between the dorsal hood and the urethral compressor, and thus the necessary compression between these two components.

Male Incontinence Clamp

A clamping device that protects male patients, who suffer from incontinence, from urinal leakage, which is designed to make wearing it more comfortable, makes attaching it to the patients penis simplified, and has foam rubber cushioning devices attached by VELCRO, to make them exchangeable and therefore easily replaceable by new ones to avoid replacing the entire device, when such cushioning parts wear out or become too unsightly after long-time usage, and can no longer be kept clean by washing them with soap and water.

Transdermally powered electric pump in reservoir inflator for inflatable medical implants
10383715 · 2019-08-20 · ·

A wirelessly controlled inflatable medical implant system includes an external control module and an implantable module. The external control module may transmit wireless power and control signals, which are received by circuitry on a flexible printed circuit board in the implantable module. In response to the received signals, circuitry in the flexible printed circuit board may cause a motor and pump combination to transfer fluid from a reservoir in the implantable device, through tubing, and into inflatable medical implant located in the penis. The flexible printed circuit board, motor, and pump may be placed within the fluid reservoir, which provides a heat sink that prevents overheating of the implant.

EXTERNAL MALE INCONTINENCE CLAMP

An incontinence clamp is provided. The incontinence clamp includes an upper clamp arm and a lower clamp arm. Each of the upper and lower clamp arms include a first end, a second end, an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surfaces face each other. A hinge pivotally connects the first ends of the upper and lower clamp arms together. An upper guide is coupled to the inner surface of the upper clamp arm and a lower guide is coupled to the inner surface of the lower clamp arm. A connector releasably connects the second ends of the upper clamp arm and the lower clamp arm together.

Incontinence clamp device

An incontinence clamping device has been presented herein. The incontinence clamping device comprises an upper clamp arm having a stopper and a bottom clamp arm having a locking component with a plurality of interlocking gaps. The incontinence clamping device further comprises a top and a bottom stabilizer having a plurality of zig-zag portion including at least one or more elevated and one or more non-elevated portions. The incontinence clamping device further comprises an upper silicone fitting that is used for accommodating the top stabilizer and a bottom silicone fitting that is used for accommodating the bottom stabilizer. The incontinence clamping device in its closed state allows for delivery of different pressures to urethra and corpus spongiosum as a function of various sizes of penises in a flaccid state.

Device for male urinary incontinence

A health device for male urinary incontinence includes a strap suited to be wrapped and closed as a ring around the penis and provided with at least one projection that is directed towards the inside of the ring formed by the closed strap, the projection being suited to be positioned at the level of the urethral canal.

URINARY INCONTINENCE PREVENTION CLIP FOR MEN
20190133739 · 2019-05-09 ·

A urinary incontinence prevention clip for men includes: a clip body having an upper frame positioned so as to correspond to the upper part of male genitalia, a lower frame positioned so as to correspond to the lower part of the male genitalia, and a connection part connected to one side of the upper frame and the lower frame and providing elastic force in a direction, in which the upper frame and the lower frame are spread; cushion parts respectively provided on the inside of the upper frame and the inside of the lower frame; and locking parts formed at both ends of the clip body so as to be fastened to each other, wherein the upper frame is formed so as not to press the blood vessels of the male genitalia and the lower frame is formed so as to press the urethras of the male genitalia.

INCONTINENCE CLAMP ASSEMBLY
20190060048 · 2019-02-28 ·

An incontinence clamp assembly includes a ring that may be worn on a penis. A tube is coupled to the ring. The tube is positioned on a bottom side of the penis having the tube being oriented perpendicular to the urethra. A stopper is slidably inserted into the tube and the stopper has a diameter that is larger than an inside diameter of the tube. The stopper is positioned in an open position having the stopper being positioned outside of the tube. In this way the stopper allows the urine to flow out of the penis. The stopper is positioned in a closed position having the stopper being positioned within the tube. In this way the stopper may compress the urethra thereby inhibiting urine from flowing out of the penis.

Method for treating male urinary incontinence and a controllable urethral clamp

The present application discloses a method for treating male urinary incontinence, which includes the following steps: 1) male urethral reconstruction surgery, 2) preparation of a urethral clamp, and 3) application of the urethral clamp. The urethral clamp and the surgical treatment of male urinary incontinence are low in medical costs, and no artificial material is implanted into the body. The method and the clamp device have the advantages of accurate urine control effect, simple manipulation of urination, minimal urethral reconstruction surgery, high success rate, and simple operation. It does not affect the sensation of penis and cavernous erection. It does not affect the appearance of penis, and it is easy for patients to accept the method and the clamp device. A controlled urethral clamp for the treatment of male urinary incontinence is also disclosed.
