Post surgical support garment
A garment having an inner side and an outer side and a fastening mechanism to fasten the garment while worn, a number of trapezoidal drain compartments spatially arranged and attached on the inner side of the garment, each trapezoidal drain compartment having a top opening sized to accept a stock drain bulb vertically therein and a closed bottom wide enough to accommodate the drain bulb rotated to a horizontal position therein, a same number of tube retention straps spatially arranged and attached on the inner side of the garment, each retention strap having a top opening and a bottom opening of a same size roughly equal to the width of the closed bottom side of the trapezoidal drain compartments, each retention strap vertically centered over, spaced above, and attached to the garment at a uniform distance above a trapezoidal drain compartment attached to the garment.
LOW PROFILE MEDICAL KIT
First-aid systems comprising an ultra compact first-aid pouch configured to fit behind the ballistic plates of a protective vest are disclosed. In this configuration, the first-aid kit is protected from shrapnel and tearing, is easily locatable and removable and does not effect the user's freedom of movement. When the first-aid pouch is removed from its protected location, it presents the first-aid equipment in a logical and easily viewable manner.
Vacuum Pouch for Athletics
A pouch or pocket may act as a container and may be used to securely hold objects (e.g., cell phone, keys, wallet, etc.) during athletic activity (e.g., running). The pouch may be a standalone item or integrally formed as part of other items. The pouch may hold the object to be stored in place within the pouch or pocket. The pouch may provide some cushioning or impact force attenuation to protect the object being held within the pouch or pocket. Additionally, the pouch may be attached to a garment, such as running clothes. The pouch includes an outer envelope sealable by a closure and a one-way valve with foam layers located inside the pouch. After the object is placed in the pouch, the closure is closed, and the air within the pouch is expelled via the one-way valve by compressing the foam layers from the outside.
GARMENT POCKET
Aspects herein provide for a pocket structure for a garment that is configured to effectively stow and secure objects such as balls. The pocket structure comprises a gusset insert located on an outer-facing panel of the pocket structure and a pleat structure located on an inner-facing panel of the pocket structure. The gusset insert and the pleat structure work in combination to increase the interior volume of the pocket structure to effectively accommodate the stored object.
HEAD IMPACT RECOGNITION DEVICE
The present disclosure provides sports apparatus including sports headwear and an impact detection arrangement for coupling to the sports headwear, e.g. a rugby scrum cap, to be worn by a user. The arrangement has a sensor for detecting an indication of an acceleration change experienced by the user's head when the sports headwear is being worn. The arrangement also has a visual indicator, e.g. an arrangement of LEDs, to provide a visual indication when the detected acceleration change exceeds a threshold. Advantageously, the present disclosure allows for immediate attention to be drawn to a player who has experienced a high g-force to their head, and therefore immediately alerts anyone in the vicinity that a medical check is needed to assess symptoms caused by the impact.

Medical apparatus
Medical apparatuses for securing, protecting, retaining, and/or concealing various medical devices such as catheters or electrical leads are disclosed herein. The medical apparatus can be a garments which for use by a patient having a central venous catheter in place. Medical garments as disclosed herein can be used for a wide variety of medical devices attached to a patient, by implantation or otherwise, for varying lengths of time. Medical garments described herein may be used with any of a variety of medical devices which include or comprise one more conduits used for medical treatment or diagnosis, including conduits which comprise catheters as well as electrical conduits such as electrical leads.
Modular attachment aperture array
A modular attachment aperture array having an aperture array layer, wherein the aperture array layer comprises a plurality of spaced apart array apertures, wherein each array aperture is formed of two substantially equal length, substantially parallel sides and an arcuate side joining respective upper terminal ends and respective lower terminal ends of each of the arcuate sides, wherein each of the array apertures is formed through the aperture array layer, and wherein the array apertures are arranged in a repeating sequence of spaced rows and spaced columns, and wherein the aperture array layer is at least partially attached or coupled to at least a portion of the carrier material.
FUNCTIONAL CLOTHING HAVING IMPROVED POCKETS
A functional clothing having improved pockets is provided. The functional clothing includes a clothing body, a first pocket, a card holder pocket, a second pocket and an inner pocket. The first pocket is disposed on the clothing body and has a first pocket space. The card holder pocket is disposed in the first pocket space, and the card holder pocket has at least one card holder pocket space. The second pocket is disposed on the clothing body and has a second pocket space. The inner pocket is disposed in the second pocket space, and the inner pocket has an inner pocket space.
LOAD-BEARING VEST OVERLAY JACKET
A load-bearing vest overlay jacket (“overlay jacket”) is an overgarment configured to be joined with and fastened to a load-bearing vest (“tactical vest”) so that an open front area exists between the front left and front right of the overlay jacket, permitting a user's access to equipment on the tactical vest. Thus, the overlay jacket may provide uniform, comfortable body temperatures in colder weather, to include arm warmth and upper torso warmth, as a function of either optionally-insulated sleeve and/or torso regions of the overlay jacket, or of torso warmth provided by the tactical vest underlying the overlay jacket.
