A cooling garment, including a garment body (1) and an external-air introducing three-dimensional member (2); and the external-air introducing three-dimensional member (2) includes a base material (2a), a side-wall material (2b) enabling an opening portion to be open during wearing, and an opening portion support material (2c). The three-dimensional member arranged on the garment enables a large amount of external air to be introduced into the internal portion of the garment, even to an exhausting area thereof, especially during movement, thus improving efficiency of air entry and exhaust.

A fan unit for an air-conditioned garment, wherein the fan unit takes external air into an interspace between the garment and a wearer's body, the fan unit including: a fan that blows external air into the interior of the garment; a motor that rotates the fan; a battery that supplies power to the motor; a charging terminal for charging the battery; and a power switch to start and stop the fan unit, wherein the fan, the motor and the battery are housed in a casing, the casing has an air intake port that takes in external air, and an air blowing port that blows the taken-in external air into the interior of the garment, the charging terminal and the power switch are provided on the exterior of the casing, and the casing has a thickness of 5 to 30 mm in an axial direction of the fan.

The air source inlet is designed to connect to an air source which supplies air to the hood.

A body of a garment that is formed of a fabric, which is not air-permeable or has a level of air-permeability that allows inflation by introduction of air by a fan, in a shape that covers at least the torso of a wearer. The body is provided with shoulder-suspended members that link first connection parts located on the front bodice of the body of the garment with second connection parts located on the back bodice of the body of the garment. When suspended from the shoulders of the wearer, the shoulder-suspended members form a circulation pathway for air introduced from the fan to circulate between the shoulder-suspended members and the fabric located near the shoulder-suspended members. As a result, there is provided a body of an air-conditioning garment and an air-conditioning garment with less discomfort while securing an air circulation pathway in the region near the shoulders.

The device includes a first fan assembly disposed at a distal end of the first arm, comprising a fan, at least one air inlet, and least one air outlet directed off-axis from the first axis. The device can further include a second fan assembly disposed at a distal end of the second arm, comprising a fan, at least one air inlet, and least one air outlet directed off-axis from the second axis. The device can include a rear plate for cooling and/or heating. The device, in some embodiments, can be structured to be worn around a neck.
