COUPLING DEVICE FOR FASTENING AN ACTUATOR TO AN ACTUATING MEMBER
A coupling device for fastening an actuator to an actuating member has a basic body, on which a hook-shaped first coupling element and a hook-shaped second coupling element are arranged. The first coupling element has a first leg projecting from a rear side of the basic body, and a second leg extending transversely with respect to the first leg. In the mounted state of the coupling device, the first leg is arranged laterally with respect to the actuating member and the second leg is arranged behind the actuating member. The at least one second coupling element has a first leg projecting from one side of the basic body, and a second leg extending transversely with respect to the first leg. In the mounted state the first hook-shaped coupling element and the second hook-shaped coupling element engage around the actuating member in a form-fitting manner.

In first and second flat plates and provided in the pad mounting portion, projecting portions for locking the pedal pad are provided at positions not juxtaposed with each other in any one of first to third directions. On the other hand, the pedal pad is mounted on the pad mounting portion with an inner wall of a through hole locked by the projecting portion, and with an inner wall of a through hole locked by the projecting portion. In a mounting work, a worker inserts the pad mounting portion through an opening portion of the pedal pad and makes the pedal pad slide toward the second direction so as to complete the mounting. As a result, an operation pedal for a vehicle capable of improving assembling performances of a pedal pad to a pad mounting portion is provided.

A one touch type auxiliary brake for driving training is disclosed. The auxiliary brake includes: a stick member having a handle at an end thereof and extendedly provided by a distance from a passenger seat to a brake pedal shaft of a driver's seat; and a bracket member formed in a hollow rectangular frame shape so that the brake pedal shaft is positioned therein, wherein a first plane is fixedly coupled to an opposite end of the stick member, a second plane is provided to be inwardly inclined to allow the brake pedal shaft to be slidable into the rectangular frame when the brake pedal shaft is fastened thereto, and a fourth plane adjacent to an inclined end of the second plane is coupled to an elastic hinge to be rotated outward and returned to its original position when the brake pedal shaft is fastened thereto and unfastened therefrom.
Adjustable Pedal Block
An adjustable pedal block is an apparatus that limits the maximum travel speed of a vehicle. The apparatus may also require additional tools to disable the apparatus. The apparatus includes a block body, a pedal-receiving slot, a stopper assembly, and at least one spacer. The block body engages with a pedal and connects the stopper assembly with the pedal. The pedal-receiving slot allows the pedal to traverse into the block body while preserving the structural integrity of the block body. The stopper assembly offsets the pedal from the floor of the vehicle and limits the actuation of the pedal. The at least one spacer tightens the pedal with the block body and secures the position of the pedal within the pedal-receiving slot. The pedal and the at least one spacer are secured within the block body with a left clamp assembly and a right clamp assembly of the apparatus.
