An information handling system includes a housing having a first housing portion and a second housing portion. The information handling system also includes a hinge assembly coupling the first and second housing portions, the hinge assembly comprising a first snapping band with a bi-stable structure having an engaged and a disengaged position, the first snapping band configured to engage when the first and second housing portions are rotated at a first angle, and a second snapping band with a bi-stable structure having an engaged and a disengaged position, the second snapping band configured to engage when the first and second housing portions are rotated at a second angle. In addition, the information handling system includes a flexible display coupled to the first housing portion and the second housing portion, the flexible display covering the hinge assembly, the flexible display configured to bend when the first and second housing portions are rotated.

A portable information handling system (IHS), including a housing having a main housing portion, a lid housing portion, and a hinge assembly rotatably coupling the main housing portion and the lid housing portion to rotate the lid housing portion through a plurality of angular positions relative to the main housing portion is disclosed. The plurality of positions include a closed position and a tablet position. The portable IHS further includes a lid magnet assembly in the lid housing portion including a point on the lid magnet assembly closest to the hinge assembly in the tablet position at a first position on a y-axis; and a main magnet assembly in the main housing portion including a point on the main magnet assembly closest to the hinge assembly in the tablet position at a second position on a y-axis, wherein the second position is approximately the same as the first position.

ROLLABLE DISPLAY DEVICE
A rollable display device is disclosed, comprising a flexible display screen, a housing, a roller pivoted onto the housing and a holder mounted onto the housing. At least one of a third side and a fourth side of the flexible display screen which are connected with a first side and a second side is provided with a first locking element, and the holder is provided with a second locking element. The first locking element and the second locking element are magnetically connected to maintain relative positional relationship between the flexible display screen and the holder when the holder and the flexible display screen are expanded.

One embodiment provides an electronic device, comprising: a flexible device body; and at least one display screen arranged on the device body; a processor; a memory device that stores instructions executable by the processor to: determine a display mode of the electronic device, wherein the display mode comprises a first display mode and a second display mode; and display, based on the determining, contents on the at least one display screen; wherein the electronic device in the first display mode is in an unfolded state and wherein the electronic device in the second display mode is in a folded state. Systems and methods for prompting a log-in to an electronic device based on biometric information received from a user
An example method is performed at a device with a display and a biometric sensor. While the device is in a locked state, the method includes displaying a log-in user interface that is associated with logging in to a first and second user account. While displaying the log-in user interface, the method includes, receiving biometric information, and in response to receiving the biometric information: when the biometric information is consistent with biometric information for the first user account and the first user account does not have an active session, displaying a prompt to input a log-in credential for the first user account; and when the biometric information is consistent with biometric information for the second user account and the second user account does not have an active session on the device, displaying a prompt to input a log-in credential for the second user account.
MOBILE DEVICE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Provided is a mobile device including a first body portion containing operational components of the mobile device, a second body portion coupled to the first body portion on a rear surface, containing auxiliary operational components of the mobile device, and a coupling hinge coupling the first body portion to the second body portion and for providing movement of the second body portion from a first position to a second position. The first body portion has a display surface and the rear surface opposite the display surface. The rear surface has a cavity. In the first position, the second body portion is recessed within the cavity of the first body portion. In the second position, the second body portion is positioned on the rear surface of the first body portion and the cavity is at least partially open to form a grip area.
