A realistic preview image of a plurality of pages of the print product is established and displayed taking into account the print job specifications and print job content. Parts of underlying sheets which parts become visible in the realistic preview image are determined and their content and physical properties are determined and incorporated into the realistic preview image.

A first communication apparatus including a control device configured to: receive a specific signal from a second communication apparatus; determine whether an inter-device distance between the communication apparatuses is equal to or smaller than a first distance; cause a server to supply printing data to a printer when the inter-device distance is equal to or smaller than the first distance; again receive the specific signal from the second communication apparatus; determine whether the inter-device distance is equal to or smaller than a second distance that is smaller than the first distance by using a second reception radio wave intensity of the again-received specific signal; and cause the printing execution unit to execute printing in accordance with the printing data when it is determined that the inter-device distance is equal to or smaller than the second distance.
OUTPUT APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for selective translation of a language of a multi-function device, wherein the language of the multi-function device is a pre-defined language. The method includes receiving a print job from a user along with one or more job attributes, wherein at least one job attribute indicates a local language of the user. Then, the local language is identified from the at least one job attribute. One or more job specific user interfaces are identified. Based on the identified local language of the user, the identified one or more job specific user interfaces are translated in the local language of the user and stored. After this, an input from the user is received. Based on the input, at least one translated job specific user interface is displayed in the local language of the user.

An image forming apparatus downloads a content via a network and prints an image of the content. when a shift instruction to shift to a first display process is input from a user operation unit after a registration process is completed, a control unit repeats the first display process, a second display process and the registration process so that another content information is newly created and stored in a first storage unit, and when a print instruction to start printing is input from the user operation unit after the registration process is completed, the control unit downloads contents indicated with the content information stored in the first storage unit wherein these contents are defined as print target contents, and sequentially executes print operations for the images of one or more of the print target contents with the print conditions associated with the print target contents.
