A remote screenshot method adapted to a sender and a receiver having a communicable connection with the sender, wherein the sender electrically connects to an electronic device to receive an image signal outputted by the electronic device, the receiver electrically connects to a display device to show the image signal, and the remote screenshot method comprises: sending a capturing instruction through a first communication circuit by the sender; receiving the capturing instruction through a second communication circuit by the receiver; obtaining a captured image according to the capturing instruction by the sender, wherein the captured image is associated with the image signal shown by the display device; sending the captured image to the first communication circuit through the second communication circuit by the receiver; and storing the captured image in a storage circuit by the sender.

Embodiments provide for a handheld device with a unified desktop for integrating the functionality of the handheld device with a larger computer system. When connected to a peripheral display and/or a display of the larger computer system, the handheld device provides a unified desktop displayed across the screen(s) of the handheld device and the peripheral display. The unified desktop unifies the functionality provided by the larger computer system and the handheld functionality, e.g., communication applications (e.g., phone, SMS, MMS). A user can seamlessly interact with applications, e.g., open, move, close, receive notifications, on the unified desktop whether the applications are displayed on the screens of the handheld device, or the peripheral display of the larger computer system.

Further, the executable components can comprise a control transfer component that automatically transfers control of a second display unit from the v controller to the first controller based on the first notification, or control of a first display unit from the first controller to the second controller based on the second notification.

The present invention relates to an electronic device and a screen sharing method using same. An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises a communication circuit, a touch screen display, an audio processing circuit, memory and a processor which is electrically connected to the communication circuit, the touch screen display, the audio processing circuit and the memory. The processor can be configured so as to display a first screen and a second screen on the touch screen display, recognize an external electronic device connected by means of the communication circuit if an input for performing a screen sharing function is detected by means of the touch screen display, and transmit, to the recognized external electronic device, the first screen and/or the second screen and at least one audio signal among audio signals corresponding to the first screen and the second screen. Other various embodiments other than the various embodiments disclosed in the present invention are possible.

A multi-screen display control device includes a plurality of graphics processing units (GPUs) and a watchdog chip. The GPUs transform image data that a host transfers to the multi-screen display control device through a universal serial bus (USB) interface into a plurality of high-definition multi-media interface (HDMI) sub-images to be displayed by a plurality of screens. The watchdog chip is coupled to the GPUs and, when any of the GPUs crashes, the watchdog chip outputs a reset signal to reset all of the GPUs.

A flexible display device is provided. The flexible display device includes: a display; a sensor configured to detect at least one rolling characteristic in response to the display being rolled; and a controller configured to perform a first function of the flexible display device based on the detected at least one rolling characteristic.

Systems and methods for dynamically adjusting display content and parameters on a display region are provided. A display manager can control a display environment including a plurality of display regions and can display content items in the display regions. The display manager can identify an event record placed via a client device located in a display zone corresponding to a display region of the display environment. The event record can correspond to an event associated with at least one of the respective content items. The display manager can determine to change a first content item displayed within the display region or a value of a parameter of the display region. The display manager can modify the display region by replacing the first content item with a second content item corresponding to the event associated with the event record or by adjusting the parameter of the display region.
