Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products for sharing a shared interface and allowing participants to annotate the shared interface within a group-based communication system. A shared interface is shared by an interface sharing device to participating devices, which can then individually annotate the shared interface by creating interface annotations that then are shared on the shared interface by the interface sharing device. Such methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products provide for an efficient and effective method of advancing discussions among a group in a group-based communication system.

A video reproduction device includes a calibration image generator configured to generate calibration images to be displayed by a display and a display device; a receiver configured to receive, from an image capturing device, a captured image in which the calibration image displayed by the display and the calibration image displayed by the display device are captured or information generated on the basis of the captured image; a corrected data calculator configured to calculate color-component-corrected data from a color component difference between the calibration image displayed by the display and the calibration image displayed by the display device; and a second video signal output configured to perform color correction on a video signal representing the same video as the video signal that is output to the display according to the corrected data obtained by the corrected data calculator and output a color-corrected video signal to the display device.

A program trial method includes: displaying a user interface of a host program; displaying a first image frame of a cloud application on the user interface of the host program in response to a trial event being triggered, the first image frame being obtained based on a first output of the cloud application loaded with a trial setting; and displaying a second image frame of the cloud application on the user interface of the host program, the second image frame being obtained based on a second output of the cloud application in response to an operation performed on the user interface.

A sharing client device shares content with viewing client devices. A sharing module operating on a sharing client device and on the viewing client devices facilitates the creation and analysis of viewer snapshots, permitting automatic determination of whether viewers are up-to-date with their display of shared content. Based on the analysis and on a policy of the sharing module, the sharing module can take a number of actions, such as generating and displaying a viewer summary that a user of the sharing client device may view to determine whether, or to what extent, the viewing client devices are up-to-date in their displays of the shared content.

Provided herein may be a display device and a method of controlling a plurality of display devices. The method may include displaying, on a first display device, a first image including a first partial image, a second partial image, and a third partial image, transmitting, by the first display device, a second image including a fourth partial image corresponding to the first partial image, a fifth partial image corresponding to the second partial image, and a sixth partial mage corresponding to the third partial image to a second display device, displaying the second image on the second display device, receiving, by the first display device, a first touch input for a first input interface included in the third partial image, and receiving, by the first display device, a second touch input for at least one of the fourth, fifth partial image, and sixth partial images.

Provided herein may be a display device and a method of controlling a plurality of display devices. The method may include displaying, on a first display device, a first image including a first partial image, a second partial image, and a third partial image, transmitting, by the first display device, a second image including a fourth partial image corresponding to the first partial image, a fifth partial image corresponding to the second partial image, and a sixth partial mage corresponding to the third partial image to a second display device, displaying the second image on the second display device, receiving, by the first display device, a first touch input for a first input interface included in the third partial image, and receiving, by the first display device, a second touch input for at least one of the fourth, fifth partial image, and sixth partial images.

A display control method of controlling display contents on multiple display devices each capable of displaying a screen concerning an image formation apparatus includes the steps of obtaining an apparatus status of the image formation apparatus, and determining the display contents to be displayed on the display device employed by a user different from a user who inputs an instruction to transition to the obtained apparatus status, the display contents being determined in accordance with the obtained apparatus status.

Methods and systems are provided for receiving media content for display in a shared activity session; receiving additional content corresponding to respective users of one or more other user equipment devices participating in the shared activity session; generating for display, using control circuitry, a display screen including the media content and at least some of the additional content; and, during the shared activity session, automatically adapting the display of the additional content using the control circuitry based on the media content and/or the additional content. For example, images, avatars or video of the users displayed alongside the media content may be adapted using backgrounds or filters reflecting the media content; additional content, such as audio or chat messages, provided by those users; and/or information in their user profiles. The shared activity may be, for example, a group watch session, a videoconference, videocall, audio call, chat session or multi-player game session.

A technology is described for generating window images of a program window in a service provider environment and providing the window images to a client device for display on the client device when a preview event is detected on the client device. An example method may include detecting a modification to a program window associated with a program hosted on a computing resource located in a service provider environment, obtaining a window image of the program window capturing a graphical state of the program window, and sending the window image to the client device to allow the client device to display the window image on the client device in response to a preview event on the client device that is associated with the program window.

In various implementations, tools and features of productivity applications may be shared across companion devices to manipulate a document and/or application surfaced in a user interface of a primary device. The companion devices may synchronize state information to edit or otherwise interact with the document and/or application. For example, state information of a the document and/or application displayed in a user interface of the primary device may be shared with one or more companion devices, which in turn surface suggestions and/or tools curated based on the state information. A user may use the productivity tools to manipulate content of the document or otherwise interact with the application running on the primary device.
