TASER PROTECTION GARMENT
A taser protection garment that provides a wearer with protection in the event that they are attacked or mugged. The taser protection garment includes a protective vest having an interior surface and an exterior surface, the protective vest is adapted to be worn by a wearer, a plurality of taser electrodes disposed on the exterior surface of the protective vest and a hand-held trigger in electrical communication with the taser electrodes that is adapted to activate the taser electrodes, thereby producing a taser beam to taser an attacker attacking the wearer. The protective vest is lightweight and includes an interior liner disposed on the interior surface of the protective vest to protect the wearer of the protective vest from electrical shock.
Safety device for work on electrical systems
The aim of the invention is to prevent undesired false triggering of a safety device, which protects a person from electric shock as a result of unintentional contact with voltage-carrying or current-carrying parts. This aim is achieved in that a triggering sensitivity (E.sub.A) of the safety device is changed depending on a determined body resistance (R.sub.K) of the person wearing the safety device.

SIMPLIFIED CARDIOPULMONARY LIGHTNING PROTECTION GARMENT
A cardiopulmonary protective garment for providing limited protection from lightning is fabricated of a waterproof/breathable fabric. The garment keeps a wearer's body dry and supports a lightning flashover event when moist or wet on the outside, protecting the cardiopulmonary system. Strips of an electrically conductive fabric can be attached in various arrangements on a posterior outer surface of the garment for igniting a rapid flashover. The conductive strips also provide attractive design details. In some embodiments, an inner heat shielding and flame resistant layer, made of a fabric can increase protection against burning caused by lightning and a flashover. Other embodiments may include a grounding strap electrically connected to the conductive strips for carrying charge to a local ground plane, such as the Earth; a cape-like drape of water-absorbing fabric having an electrically conductive element attached to a posterior side in general alignment with the wearer's spine.

GARMENT, IN PARTICULAR FOR A HUMAN BODY
Garment, in particular for a human body, includes several sections connected together and are each made of one or more plies. For one ply in each case, such a fabric is usable for the sections that the, in particular, human body is shielded from electromagnetic radiation thereby. This at least one ply is advantageously knitted or woven from a fabric made of metal-coated threads, filaments and/or yarns for shielding the electromagnetic radiation. In this way, the human body is shielded from the electromagnetic fields that occur increasingly frequently and with greater intensity, in particular in the high-frequency range.

GARMENT HAVING ANTISTATIC CAPABILITY
Provided is a garment that has an antistatic capability and exhibits washing durability without, when producing a woven or knitted fabric, using a conductive fiber at a part that becomes a wearing part of the woven or knitted fabric, and without applying an antistatic treatment to the woven or knitted fabric, but rather by incorporating a conductive fiber into a sewing thread. The garment according to the present invention has a conductive fiber incorporated in a sewing thread (linking thread), and has a frictional charge amount of 0.8 C or less per garment. The garment preferably has an electric resistance value of 110.sup.4-510.sup.8 per 1 cm length of the conductive fiber in a fiber axis direction thereof, and the sewing thread preferably includes the conductive fiber in an amount of 30-100 mass %.

Sanitary protective device for fuel and EV-powered vehicles
The present invention relates to an article of manufacture useful as an aftermarket product for fuel and electric vehicle (EV) and, more particularly, for a hand protective device and system and/or method to protect the user from contacting germs, hazardous contaminants, grime, electrocution, and/or other potentially harmful conditions, e.g. while fueling a petroleum and/or an electric powered vehicles. The device and system may be formed in the glove-shape with a fastener means (e.g. from hook and loop fabric) having a hook portion disposed on, for example, a gas cap of a car and/or on a cover of the charging connector and a loop portion 132 affixed or otherwise fastened to the palm portion of the glove. The device and system may further include an opening in a side opposite the palm portion to allow the hand to be slidably inserted easily using a tab located at a wrist portion.
