ERROR DETECTION AND MITIGATION FOR SOFTWARE PULL REQUESTS
Among other things, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to detecting and mitigating errors associated with software pull requests (PRs). Other embodiments may be described or claimed.
Recovery of application from error
Aspects of recovery of an application from an error. An error notification is received from an agent associated with an application, the error notification being indicative of an error encountered during execution of the application. The error notification is compared with error patterns stored in a database to determine a matching error pattern. Further, a recovery action is ascertained and the recovery action is provided to the agent to recover the application from the error.
Diagnostic service system and diagnostic method using network
To provide a diagnostic service system and diagnostic method using a network. A factory monitoring system (100) comprises a factory monitoring system (100) which includes: a data acquisition unit (1011) that acquires data related to at least one machine, including time information; and a stored data management unit (1012) that stores data related to each machine acquired by the data acquisition unit in a storage unit (1002) together with identification information of each machine, wherein, based on past history data related to the machine and current data related to the machine, the diagnostic service system (1) predicts a possibility of abnormality occurrence in the machine, and provides preventative maintenance information related to the machine.
Recovering dynamic system data
Aspects of the invention include creating a collection of control blocks associated with one or more catalogs, each control block including an eye catcher value and a plurality of pointers, creating a collection of recovery control blocks based the collection of control blocks, each recovery control block including a corresponding copy of the eye catcher value and the plurality of pointers, storing a control block memory location for each control block in the collection of control blocks and a recovery memory location for each recovery control block in the collection of recovery control blocks in a recovery table, analyzing the collection of control blocks to determine that a corruption exists, determining a corruption type, the corruption type comprises an infrastructure corruption and or a control block corruption, and initiating a remedial action for the collection of control blocks based at least in part on the corruption type.
STORAGE DEVICE, AN OPERATING METHOD OF THE STORAGE DEVICE AND AN OPERATING METHOD OF A COMPUTING SYSTEM INCLUDING THE STORAGE DEVICE AND A HOST DEVICE
An operating method of a storage device that includes a nonvolatile memory device and a controller configured to control the nonvolatile memory device, the method including: detecting, by the controller, a fault of the nonvolatile memory device or the controller, notifying, by the controller, a host device of the fault, notifying, by the controller, the host device of one or more recovery schemes for recovering the fault, and recovering, by the controller, the fault in response to a recovery scheme selected by the host device.
Method and apparatus for loadable aircraft software parts distribution
A computer implemented method, apparatus, and computer program product for transferring information with an aircraft. A connection is established between an onboard electronic distribution system executing in an aircraft data processing system in the aircraft and an on ground component. Responsive to a request for a command from the on ground component, the command for execution is identified. The identified command is sent to the onboard electronic distribution system from an on ground component. A transaction identifier is assigned to the command. A transaction associated with the command is maintained on the onboard electronic distribution system and the on ground component using the transaction identifier. An uplink is initiated by the on ground component. An aircraft software part is sent to the onboard electronic distribution system from the on ground component to perform the uplink. A status of a transfer of the aircraft software part on ground component is stored.
Linking operational events with system changes
In an approach to linking operational data with issues, a new event is received. The new event is associated to a story, where the story is related to an identified problem within the system, and further where the new event is associated with the story using machine learning techniques. The story is associated to related change requests based on a similarity between the story and related change requests, where the similarity between the story and the related change requests is associated using the machine learning techniques. A cost is calculated for the story. Responsive to associating the new event with a specific change request, the priority of the specific change request is updated based on the cost for the story.
RELAY SERVER, METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A relay server associates an account of an MFP (image processing apparatus) and an account of an operator PC (information processing apparatus) in a case where remote support for the MFP by the operator PC is started by using a support room assigned to the MFP. In a case where an extension of the remote support is requested from the operator PC after a reconnection by the MFP is performed, the relay server identifies a support room newly assigned, due to the reconnection, to the MFP 101 that is the target of the remote support, based on the account of the MFP associated with the account of the operator PC. The relay server transmits to the operator PC a support room ID corresponding to the identified support room.
Connection method
A failure of communication between a first device and a second device is managed. A failure of communication between the first device and the second device is detected at a third device intermediate. The first data is transmitted from the third device to the first device. The first data indicates that the second device is unusable by the first device.
COMMAND MEMORY BUFFER SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Example storage control systems and methods are described. In one implementation, a storage drive controller includes a non-volatile memory subsystem that processes multiple commands. The storage drive controller also includes a controller memory buffer (CMB) memory management unit coupled to the non-volatile memory subsystem. The CMB memory management unit manages CMB-related tasks including caching and storage of data associated with the storage drive controller.
