Personalized fonts
Methods and system for creating and managing personalized fonts. Personalized fonts are created by applying personalization parameters to a base font using a style application method or module such as a neural style transformation. The personalized fonts may be transferred to recipients of textual communications to enable the recipient to read messages from a sender in the personalized font of the sender.

Distributed storage device and data management method in distributed storage device
The number of inter-node communications in inter-node deduplication can be reduced and both performance stability and high capacity efficiency can be achieved. A storage drive of storage nodes stores files that are not deduplicated in the plurality of storage nodes, duplicate data storage files in which deduplicated duplicate data is stored, and cache data storage files in which cache data of duplicate data stored in another storage node is stored, in which when a read access request for the cache data is received, the processors of the storage nodes read the cache data if the cache data is stored in the cache data storage file, and request another storage node to read the duplicate data related to the cache data if the cache data is discarded.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANAGING FILE
An apparatuses for managing access to a file stored in a remote location includes detecting an attempt for a user terminal to access the file stored in the remote location, determining a location where the file attempted to be access is to be opened, in response to a determination that the location where the file is to be opened is remote, opening the file and providing a content of the opened file to the user terminal by a file management server and in response to a determination that the location where the file is to be opened is local, processing the file to be downloaded to the user terminal by the file management server.
BUFFER POOL MANAGEMENT
A processor may allocate a first buffer segment from a buffer pool. The first buffer segment may be configured with a first contiguous range of memory for a first data partition of a data table. The first data partition comprising a first plurality of data blocks. A processor may store the first plurality of data blocks in order into the first buffer segment. A processor may retrieve the target data block from the first buffer segment in response to a data access request for a target data block of the first plurality of data blocks.
CONSOLIDATING TRANSACTION LOG REQUESTS AND TRANSACTION LOGS IN A DATABASE TRANSACTION LOG SERVICE
Methods, systems, and computer program products are provided for consolidating transaction log requests and transaction logs in a database transaction log service. A scalable log service may manage log requests and logs to reduce resource consumption, such as memory and I/O. Log requests may be managed by consolidating (e.g., organizing, merging and/or de-duplicating) the log requests. Transaction log requests may be mapped to read requests for transaction log storage devices in less than a one-to-one ratio. Transaction logs may be managed by using the consolidated log requests to consolidate (e.g., and prefetch) transaction logs from multiple cache and/or storage tiers to a log pool cache. Log requests may be served from the log pool cache.

NOTIFYING A CACHE FILE SYSTEM OF CHANGES TO FILES IN A SOURCE FILE SYSTEM SERVED FROM THE CACHE FILE SYSTEM
Provided a computer program product, system, and method for notifying a cache file system of changes to files in a source file system served from the cache file system. The source node establishes a local share of a cache file system at the cache node. The cache file system at the cache node comprises a local share of a source file system at the source node. In response to modifying a source file in the source file system, a source control file for the source file in the local share of the cache file system is updated to indicate the source file is modified. In response to updating the source control file, sending, to the cache node, indication of the updating of the source control file to cause the cache node to update a cache control file to indicate a change to the source file at the source node.
