Data processing method and system of a distributed graph database
The present application relates to a data processing method and system of a distributed graph database. The present application solves the problem of how to improve the efficiency of adding, deleting, modifying and checking data in a graph database, realizes balanced storage and concurrent computing of distributed index, reduces network overhead caused by data operation, and improves the efficiency of data operation effectively.
Method of providing digital content for users of physical items
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are provided for enhancing users' overall experiences with physical items by supplementing their physical experiences with digital experiences. According to an embodiment, a user uses an electronic device to scan a smart tag associated with an item to obtain an item identifier of the item. The electronic device sends the item identifier to a server, which selects digital content related to the item and sends the selected digital content to the user's electronic device for display.
Selective query loading across query interfaces
A method includes receiving, in a first query interface, a query composed by the user by typing commands into a query box of the first query interface and based on the receiving of the query, causing events corresponding to query results of the query to be displayed in the first query interface with fields corresponding to the events. Based on the selection by the user of an option, a second query interface is displayed with a table that includes events that correspond to query results of a loaded query. The table includes columns corresponding to event attributes, rows corresponding to events. Cells are populated with the data items of event attributes, where one of the columns corresponds to a field of the fields displayed in the first query interface. The table also includes interactive regions selectable by the user to add one or more commands to the loaded query.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DECENTRALIZED DISTRIBUTED MODEL ADAPTATION
An edge information handling system (IHS) manager includes a storage for storing a labeled data associated with a use counter; and a vehicle counter; and a processor. The processor is programmed to: update an inference module using the labeled data, determine, after the updating, whether the use counter of the labeled data has exceeded a current use threshold, and in response to the use counter of the labeled data exceeding the current use threshold, initiating replacing of the labeled data with new labeled data from a central IHS. The current use threshold is based on the vehicle counter.
Distributed database systems and structures
Systems and techniques are described for efficient, general-purpose, and potentially decentralized databases, distributed storage systems, version control systems, and/or other types of data repositories. Data is represented in a database system in such a way that any value is represented by a unique identifier which is derived from the value itself. Any database peer in the system will derive an identical identifier from the same logical value. The identifier for a value may be derived using a variety of mechanisms, including, without limitation, a hash function known to all peers in the system. The values may be organized hierarchically as a tree of nodes. Any two peers storing the same logical value will deterministically represent that value with a graph, such as the described “Prolly” tree, having the same topology and hash value, irrespective of possibly differing sequences of mutations which caused each to arrive at the same final value.
No-SQL repository database and its use for automation services requests processing
The invention concerns a No-SQL repository dataBase (RepoDB (12B)) for handling multiple legacy environments and registering a wide variety of configurations (software and hardware, and cloud) by storing technical data to support the end-to-end (E2E) automation and authorization of standard service requests (SSR) and wherein a table stored in RepoDB (12B) is configured to hold data in No-SQL format and for providing managed services (standard service requests) in very complex environments using at least one other database (Oracle or Mysql or MS SQL or DB2) and for the automation of database SSR.
LIST UPDATE METHOD AND APPARATUS, READABLE MEDIUM, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A list updating method and a list updating apparatus are provided. The method includes: receiving a list updating request sent from a client, where the list updating request includes list updating data for updating a list determining a target list corresponding to the list updating request according to the list updating data and a list configuration file, where the list configuration file includes configuration information of all configured lists; and updating the target list according to the list updating data.
Computer-implemented method for database management, computer program product and database system
A computer-implemented method for database management is provided. The method comprises: receiving, from a client device , first data to be stored in a database system that comprises first data storage configured to store a data table and a deletion history table; storing the first data in second data storage that is external to the database system and that is in communication with the database system via a network; obtaining a link that enables access, via the network, to the first data stored in the second data storage; storing the link in the data table; and performing a deletion operation of the first data, in response to a request from the client device to delete the first data from the database system, wherein the deletion operation comprises: deleting the link from the data table without deleting the first data from the second data storage; and storing the link in the deletion history table with a timestamp corresponding to a point in time when the link is deleted from the data table.
Modification of food recipes based on geographic origin of produce
Modifying a recipe for food based on a geographic origin of produce in the recipe is disclosed. A recipe is identified by a data processing system for a food dish, produce procured for the recipe from source(s), and determines a geographic origin where the produce was grown and an estimated transport time of the produce from the geographic origin to the source(s). A data processing system analyzes the recipe against ingredient(s) available to the user and aspect(s) of the produce, resulting in analysis result(s), modifies the recipe, resulting in a modified recipe based on the geographic origin, the transport time (may be estimated) and the analysis result(s), and makes available to the user the modified recipe.
Systems and user interfaces for dynamic and interactive table generation and editing based on automatic traversal of complex data structures including summary data such as time series data
Various systems and methods are provided for accessing and traversing one or more complex data structures and generating a functional user interface that can enable non-technical users to quickly and dynamically generate detailed reports (including tables, charts, and/or the like) of complex data including time varying attributes and time-series data. The user interfaces are interactive such that a user may make selections, provide inputs, and/or manipulate outputs. In response to various user inputs, the system automatically calculates applicable time intervals, accesses and traverses complex data structures (including, for example, a mathematical graph having nodes and edges), calculates complex data based on the traversals and the calculated time intervals, displays the calculated complex data to the user, and/or enters the calculated complex data into the tables, charts, and/or the like. The user interfaces may be automatically updated based on a context selected by the user.
