Dynamically normalizing intervals in a table

Dynamically normalizing intervals in a table including receiving, from a client computing system, a request to normalize intervals for a data set on a cloud-based data warehouse, wherein the request comprises a reference to the data set and a data range; generating, on the cloud-based data warehouse, an interval table using the data range; joining, into a joined table on the cloud-based data warehouse, the interval table and the data set; receiving the joined table from the cloud-based data warehouse; and presenting, via a graphical user interface on the client computing system, the joined table as a worksheet.

REAL-TIME DATA MANIPULATION SYSTEM VIA BW CUBE

Systems and methods are provided for a computing system in a cloud computing environment to receive a request for planning data via a user interface of a computing device accessing a planning application executing in the cloud computing environment and to execute queries corresponding to the request for planning data against an SAP Business Warehouse Integrated Planning Cube (BW cube). The computing system loads data received from the executed queries into an application layer of the planning application executing in the cloud computing environment and stores each manipulation action to the loaded data in the application layer of the planning application executing in the cloud computing environment without persisting any data to the BW cube. The computing system persists the updated data to the BW cube only upon detecting completion of the manipulation actions.

DATA STITCHING ACROSS FEDERATED DATA LAKES
20230237070 · 2023-07-27 ·

In one embodiment, a device, in communication with a plurality of data lake sites, receives a federated data lake query. The device determines a plurality of data lake operator sets that each correspond to one of the plurality of data lake sites, wherein each of the plurality of data lake operator sets is used to establish a respective data pipeline for the federated data lake query. The device selects a particular data lake site of the plurality of data lake sites as a destination for data pipelines that are established for the federated data lake query. The device sends the plurality of data lake operator sets that each correspond to one of the plurality of data lake sites to cause the plurality of data lake sites to send query results to the particular data lake site using the data pipelines, wherein the particular data lake site stitches the query results.

Mechanisms for multi-dimension data operations

Mechanisms for multidimensional data modeling and operations and related procedures are described. Resource structures for multidimensional data can be used. This can allow lumped operations such as RESTful operations and procedures on the multidimensional data. A new attribute “SamplingPeriodCovered” can be used to indicate the time interval when the related time series data (or any multi-dimension data streams) are stored. This can reduce the total size of the data stored.

Enhanced preparation and integration of data sets

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-storage media, for enhanced preparation and integration of data sets. In some implementations, data indicating user input that identifies a first data set that includes streaming data and a second data set that includes non-streaming data is received. The first data set and the second data set are integrated to generate a hybrid data set. The data processing system provides access to the hybrid data set through a (i) non-streaming access channel that provides a periodically-refreshed summary of both the streaming data and the non-streaming data and (ii) a streaming access channel that provides a data stream based on combined data of the first data set and the second data set. One or more application programing interfaces are provided. The one or more application programming interfaces allow at least one client device to access the non-streaming access channel and the streaming access channel.

Tree-based format for data storage

A tree-based format may be implemented for data stored in a data store. A table may be maintained across one or multiple storage nodes in storage slabs. Storage slabs may be mapped to different nodes of a tree. Each node of the tree may be assigned a different range of distribution scheme values which identify what portions of the table are stored in the storage slab. Storage slabs mapped to child nodes in the tree may be assigned portions of the range of distribution scheme values assigned to a parent. Storage nodes may be added or removed for storing the table. Storage slabs may be moved from one storage node to another in order to accommodate the addition or removal of storage nodes.

METHOD FOR PROCESSING MODEL PARAMETERS, AND APPARATUS

Provided are a method for processing model parameters, and an apparatus. The method comprises: a model parameter set to be sharded is obtained, wherein the model parameter set comprises a multi-dimensional array corresponding to a feature embedding; attribute information for a storage system used for storing the model parameter set to be sharded is obtained, wherein the storage system used for storing the model parameter set to be sharded differs from a system on which a model corresponding to the model parameter set to be sharded is located when operating; the model parameter set to be sharded is stored in the storage system according to the attribute information.

ENVIRONMENT CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND RISK ANALYSIS

The exemplary embodiments disclose a method, a computer program product, and a computer system for managing environment change. The exemplary embodiments may include determining a plurality of change and risk models for a plurality of computing environments, generating a plurality of association rules based on the plurality of change and risk models, and generating a joint association rule by combining at least two of the plurality of association rules, wherein the joint association rule indicates, from the three dimensions, an association relationship between changes and risk events over at least a part of the time series.

LOOKUP AND RELATIONSHIP CACHES FOR DYNAMIC FETCHING

Disclosed are methods, systems, and computer-readable medium for providing report results. Viscous attributes and non-viscous may be identified. A smart cube may be received and may include viscous values for the viscous attributes. The smart cube may be stored at a local cache. A report associated with an organization may be initiated. A runtime generation of the report may be generated based on initiating the report. The report may call a viscous attribute from the viscous attributes and call a non-viscous attribute from the non-viscous attributes. The runtime generation may be modified to remove the viscous attribute from the runtime generation. A viscous value for the viscous attribute may be retrieved from the smart cube at the local cache. The modified runtime generation may be executed to retrieve a non-viscous value for the non-viscous attribute from a remote database and a report result may be provided.
