COGNITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR MANAGING RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY
Disclosed are systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer readable medium for managing research activity and development across scientific, technical, medical, and other knowledge domains. A method includes: identifying nodes from content from different data sources, wherein the content includes grant information, a technical publication, or a legal publication and each node corresponds to an entity associated with technical data; associating at least one content item from the different data sources to a corresponding node; normalizing vectors identifying features of each content item based on linguistic differences associated with the different data sources; generating embeddings associated with each content item based on normalized vectors associated with each content item; and identifying a first node based on content items associated with the first node.
Methods and systems for providing a search service application
A system for providing a search service application is disclosed and includes an application builder component that provides a search model for a first object of a plurality of objects. The search model is based at least on an end-user input field corresponding to a first attribute of the first object and a search result output field corresponding to a second attribute of the first object. The search model is also associated with a backend data store that supports a storage structure that stores information relating to the first object. The system also includes a deployment engine that automatically configures a search engine system associated with the backend data store to place a portion of indexed data into a first partition and to place another portion of indexed data into at least another partition based on the search model.
HEALTH CARE SYSTEM
A health care system includes a server to provide a service to care for a health state of each user, and a terminal of each user. The server registers and manages user information containing at least attribute information of the user, health information, or action information as share information of a group of users in response to an operation from the terminal of the user, checks similarity between the users in the share information, determines a similar user of each of the users, and outputs share information of the similar user of the user to the terminal of the user on the basis of the check information. The health information contains time series data of one element of measurement items containing a body temperature of the user, menstruation, examination results, medication, or symptoms. The action information contains time series data of one of actions or arbitrary texts.
ONLINE RANKING OF QUERIES FOR SPONSORED SEARCH
A system and method for ranking query-advertisement combinations is disclosed. Embodiments use an online component to enhance and rank query ad combinations. The query ad combination is then reranked with a trained factorization machine. The subsequent list of ranked query-ad combinations is then output. The output may be to an auction for determine ad-query combinations having the greatest expected revenue.
Composite term index for graph data
This application is directed to an indexing system for graph data. In particular implementations, the indexing system uses a database index infrastructure that provides for flexible search capability to data objects and associations between data objects. Particular embodiments relate to an indexing system for storing and serving information modeled as a graph that includes nodes and edges that define associations or relationships between nodes that the edges connect in the graph.
Systems and methods for distributing indexer configurations
Provided are systems and methods for causing display of an index management graphical user interface (GUI). In one embodiment, a method can be provided. The method can include causing display of an index management GUI including one or more user editable fields for specifying one or more index settings; receiving, via the one or more user editable fields of the index management GUI, one or more user specified index settings; generating an index definition corresponding to the one or more user specified index settings; and distributing the index definition to one or more indexers of a data processing system. The one or more indexers are able to manage storage of data in one or more indexes based at least in part on the index definition.
Indexing dynamic hierarchical data
A system includes storage of data of a hierarchy, where each node of the hierarchy is represented by a row, and each row includes a level of its respective node, a pointer to a lower bound entry of an order index structure associated with the hierarchy, and a pointer to an upper bound entry of the order index structure associated with the hierarchy, reception of a pointer l, and determination of an entry e of the order index structure to which the received pointer l points.
Systems and methods for document analytics
A system and method dynamically analyzes documents to determine the relevancy of a document relatively quickly and efficiently. Potentially relevant documents can be determined using a search string and then converted into corresponding document data structures for analysis. Keywords can be used to identify documents of interest from the document data structures. Tools are provided to assess the relevancy of documents, including tools to determine the frequency of keywords in the documents, to compare documents, and to contrast documents. Algorithms are provided that use prior searches to determine sets of relevant documents. Adaptive search methods are provided that refine searching during analysis to reduce a number of documents that are not sufficiently relevant. A dynamic relevancy matrix can be generated that provides access to keyword frequency and associated keyword frequency for a plurality of documents.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ISSUE MANAGEMENT
A system for providing a multi-technology visual environment for management of issues. A Topic Model is trained via a text corpus for each issue via Topic Model Trainer, also known as the Topic Modeler. Then, incoming discourse texts (such as tweets) are classified to issues organizations care about and are thus relevant, or classified as irrelevant via a Classification Module. Finally, the resulting list of relevant discourse surrounding the issues is scored via a Scoring Module. The modules are configured accordingly. A topic training module configured to allow an user to specify a text corpus representing the discourse surrounding an issue. A topic classification module configured to analyze the data to remove non-material information and classify the text discourse data based on topic. A scoring module configured to assign numerical scores to the classified discourse text based on the issue it is about and the type of entity that created the discourse text for an identified period of time. The modules are further configured to index processing of a collection of data objects and capable of computing a reduced vector space for a collection of data objects using a vector retrieval method that exploits dependencies and semantic similarity between words.
Video Object Tagging using Synthetic Images and Segmentation Hierarchies
There is provided a system including a memory and a processor configured to obtain a first frame of a video content including an object and a first region based on a segmentation hierarchy of the first frame, insert a synthetic object into the first frame, merge an object segmentation hierarchy of the synthetic object with the segmentation hierarchy of the first frame to create a merged segmentation hierarchy, select a second region based on the merged segmentation hierarchy, provide the first frame including the first region and the second region to a crowd user for creating a corrected frame, receive the corrected frame from the crowd user including a first corrected region including the object and a second corrected region including the synthetic object, determine a quality based on the synthetic object and the second corrected region, and accept the first corrected region based on the quality.
