SYSTEM TO ORGANIZE SEARCH AND DISPLAY UNSTRUCTURED DATA
A system to organize, search and display unstructured data comprising a token retrieval module, a document indexing engine, a subspace search module and a user interface module has been devised. The system retrieves a plurality of tokens and associates them with coordinates in subspace. It also retrieves documents and creates a multidimensional matrix of documents and tokens where each cell contains the number of times the token occurs in each document. That matrix is employed in a search using user specified search terms. The search results are displayed such that the search tokens occupy specific spatial coordinates and documents spatial coordinates are dictated by the relative preponderance of each search term in each document.

Composite term index for graph data
This application is directed to an indexing system for graph data. In particular implementations, the indexing system uses a database index infrastructure that provides for flexible search capability to data objects and associations between data objects. Particular embodiments relate to an indexing system for storing and serving information modeled as a graph that includes nodes and edges that define associations or relationships between nodes that the edges connect in the graph.
Extracting complex entities and relationships from unstructured data
To extract relationships between complex entities from unstructured data, a parser parses, using an existing language model, the unstructured data to generate a parse tree. From the parse tree, a set of tokens is created. A token in the set of tokens includes a set of words found in the unstructured data. The set of tokens is inserted in the existing language model to form an enhanced language model. The unstructured data is re-parsed using the enhanced language model to create a knowledge graph. From the knowledge graph, a relationship between a subset of the set of tokens is extracted.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR DETECTION AND HANDLING OF FOCUS ELEMENTS
The present disclosure relates to detection and handling of focus elements associated with an application. In an embodiment, a device presents at least one graphical entry space for entry of focus elements and detects an input. The device categorizes the input, including determining a focus element type for the input and assigning a focus element type to the input. The device creates a focus element, based on the input and the focus element type. The device displays a graphical representation of the focus element, including a graphical symbol identifying the focus element type. The graphical representation of the focus element is presented in a list of one or more focus elements.
Automated industrial hygiene assessment and display
Systems and methods are disclosed for automated industrial hygiene assessment and display comprising receiving sampling results for a stressor, such as a harmful environmental artifact in a physical environment; deriving one or more codes for the stressor from a digital record via an indexing module and/or from other data sources; generating a health effect rating (HER) based on the code; generating an exposure rating (ER) based on the sampling results; generating an uncertainty rating (UR) based on the sampling results; displaying, an interactive UIto facilitate approval or selection of at least one of the HER, the ER, or the UR; generating at least one of a risk rating (RR) or an information gathering priority rating (IGPR) based on a selection of the at least one of the HER, the ER, or the UR; and displaying via the interactive UI at least one of the RR or the IGPR.
Generating synthesized user data
Disclosed are examples of systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products for generating synthesized user data. A method may involve receiving a data specification schema. A method may involve determining a number of test data objects to be generated. A method may involve defining the test data objects, the defining of each test data object including: determining, from the data specification schema, a number of fields of the test data object to be populated, the fields representing categories of simulated user data; and determining values for the fields, the values simulating user data. The method may involve storing the test data objects in a database. The method may involve generating a tabular data file including or identifying the test data objects, the tabular data file configured to be processed by one or more processors of a computing system during a user data testing procedure of the computing system.
Method for Semantic Indexing of Big Data Using a Multidimensional, Hierarchical Scheme
A method for indexing semantic, non-transitory, computer-stored data comprising the following steps: storing the data in a database; representing the data in a structured framework having at least three elements derived from an ontology; expressing each element as a hierarchical-index value based on an ontology such that semantic information is embedded therein; combining the elements in a multi-dimensional index; and converting the multi-dimensional index into a one-dimensional index.
Progressive reference system, method and apparatus
A written document (hereinafter referred to as a work, on electronic format which includes, stories, novels, education texts, biographies, compilations, collections, anthologies, tracts, and any other traditional format for relatively extensive texts) provides access to reference, bibliography and/or definition material through an electronic software capability associated with the work. Depending upon reader access information or characteristics (e.g., age, grade, proficiency, or position within the work or any other identifiable reader characteristic or access limitation), any request for reference material, definitions, explanations, translations, or other material provided in the associated software capability is automatically limited by system acknowledgement of the reader access information or characteristics. As the reader's access information or characteristics change, the quality and/or quantity and/or format of requested information with respect to a work changes.
System and method for generating a research reporting narrative
The invention includes systems and methods to provide a research reporting narrative, in particular, for research metrics. Specifically, the invention includes content performance metrics and contributing factors to performance, The invention collects, analyzes, and places into a narrative format, data from research that is not easily digestible. The invention provides a quick and efficient report for absorption by users.
