Use of scalable vector graphics format to encapsulate building floorplan and metadata
Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises an analytic server, which uses scalable vector graphic (SVG) format to encapsulate building floorplan and metadata. The analytic server creates a floorplan map in SVG format that includes both a graphic map and a specification file. When a user issues an information request by clicking on one graphical element, the analytic server determines the object identifier of the clicked graphical element, queries the specification file to receive metadata about the clicked graphical element based on the object identifier, and renders a user interface to display the metadata about the graphical element. When the user modifies the graphical element, the analytic server determines new data of the graphical element and updates the corresponding object metadata with the new data in the specification file.
PROVIDING ENHANCED FUNCTIONALITY IN AN INTERACTIVE ELECTRONIC TECHNICAL MANUAL
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus, systems, computer program products for supporting communication functionality in an interactive electronic technical manual system (IETM) configured to provide electronic and credentialed access via an IETM viewer to technical documentation for an item. In one embodiment, a method is provided comprising: providing a window comprising a communication session option; receiving input of a selection of the communication session option; responsive to receiving the input: identifying active users who are signed into the IETM for a particular object of the item based on credentials for the user and the user being signed into the IETM for the particular object; and causing display of an identifier for each active user on the window as selectable; receiving input of a selection of an indicator for an active user; and responsive to receiving the input, initiating a communication session with the active user within the IETM.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CREATING AND MANAGING MICRO CONTENT FROM AN ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT
Systems and methods are disclosed herein for processing one or more document and/or hierarchal project. For example, a system is disclosed having memory storing the document as a data file comprising content data. The system also includes at least one processor coupled to the at least one memory and configured to designate a portion of the content data as micro content; receive user input providing a phrase; and generate a phrase map configured to associate the phrase with the designated micro content and store the phrase map as phrase map data, the phrase map data comprising at least the phrase associated with a reference indicative of the associated micro content.
METHOD FOR PREPARING DOCUMENTS WRITTEN IN MARKUP LANGUAGES WHILE IMPLEMENTING A USER INTERFACE FOR DEALING WITH DATA OF AN INFORMATION SYSTEM
The present technical solution relates to user interfaces in general and more specifically to user interfaces related to dealing with data in computer information systems. A method of preparing documents written in markup languages during implementing a user interface for dealing with data of an information system, wherein: forming metadata for at least one operation; forming a template for representing said operation, the template including at least one document written in at least one markup language; forming and storing a link between the template and at least one operation; displaying the template, forming and storing links between the template elements and operations, wherein selecting a template element and displaying information about operations available for links forming; selecting an operation; forming and storing the link comprising the identifier for the template element selected previously and the identifier for the operation selected previously. The technical result is increasing the efficiency of preparing documents written in markup languages while implementing a user interface for dealing with data of an information system, optimizing time for preparing the documents and simplifying their further maintenance.

RETRIEVAL AND CONVERSION OF QUERY RESULTS FROM MULTIPLE QUERY SERVICES
Techniques and solutions are described for receiving query results from one or more query services. A system implementing disclosed techniques can receive an identifier for the query used by a query service and an identifier for the query used by the issuing computer system. The query service and the computer system that issued the query can use different schemas for query results. A mapping can be established that maps elements of one schema to the other schema. This mapping, and a mapping of the query identifiers, can be used to convert query results to a format useable by the computing system that issued the query. By converting query results from multiple query services, which may have different formats, to a common format of the issuing computing system, the use of multiple query services is facilitated.

Compact visualization of query search results
Methods and arrangements for displaying results of one or more query searches. Query search results are obtained and there are determined, from the query search results, a best object type, a best instance of the best object type and one or more alternative object types, wherein determining a best object type includes consulting a collection of domain ontologies. The search results are displayed on a single screen via showing the best object type, the best instance of the best object type and the one or more alternative object types. Other variants and embodiments are broadly contemplated herein.
