SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR NON-PROGRAMMERS TO DYNAMICALLY MANAGE MULTIPLE SETS OF XML DOCUMENT DATA
20190034552 · 2019-01-31 ·

A system and method for dynamically retrieving, manipulating, updating, creating, and displaying data from sources of Extensible. Markup Language (XML) documents. The program memory comprises system-user entered data definitions and business rules. The system imports XML document data into the system data definitions, processes the data using the business rules definitions and exports XML documents. The system can automatically create XML document formats from its data definitions and can automatically create its data definitions from XML document formats. The system-user can also define the mapping between XML document formats and the system data definitions. The system data definition is the combination of a Relational data model, an Object data model, and an XML data model.

WEB SERVICES-BASED DATA TRANSFERS FOR ITEM MANAGEMENT

A system and method is provided for a web services-based data transfers. A data power component translates a service request in a first format received from a first computing device into a translated service request in a second format compatible with a web service. The translated service request includes converted freight data associated with a set of items structured for storage within one or more database(s) associated with a second computing device. The translated service request is a request to load the freight data onto the database(s). The translated service request is transmitted to the web service. In response, the data power component receives a response from the web service indicating whether the freight data is successfully loaded onto the database(s). The data power component translates the response from the second format into the first format. The translated response is returned to the first computing device.

Transformation and presentation of on-demand native application crawling results

A system includes a search engine configured to search mobile applications based on a query received from a mobile device and to output search results in a first format. A first processor is configured to process the search results and to generate processed search results in the first format for rendering on the mobile device. A first converter is configured to convert the processed search results into a second format. A second processor is configured to process the processed search results in the second format and to generate a presentation of the processed search results in the second format. A second converter is configured to convert the presentation into the first format or a third format for rendering on the mobile device.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING A VISUAL DATA STRUCTURE ASSOCIATED WITH BUSINESS INFORMATION BASED ON A HIERARCHY OF COMPONENTS

A system and method for a visual design system includes a memory, a processor, a page analyzer to extract business information of at least one data structure of at least one page of a visual application having an existing layout, to perform a semantic analysis of the extracted business information and to use the extracted business information to produce a business information layout and an associated business information signature; a database to store at least one layout and at least one associated layout signature where the layout signature represents a business information composition of the at least one layout, a signature comparer to perform a comparison of the associated business information signature of the at least one data structure with the associated layout signature of the at least one layout stored in said layout database and where the processor and the memory embody the page analyzer and the signature comparer.

Extending java server faces web pages to support multiple devices

The present invention provides a method, system, and computer program product for extending Java Server Faces Web pages to support multiple devices. The method includes: providing a device and modeling language independent Java Server Faces (JSF) web page, wherein the JSF web page does not contain any modeling language specific elements.

Transformation Of Marked-up Content To A Reversible File Format For Automated Browser Based Pagination

A method and a file format transformation system (FFTS) for transforming marked-up content in a first file format (FFF) to a reversible second file format (RSFF) are provided. The FFTS reflows marked-up content of the FFF into a continuous page. The FFTS generates and appends tags to spaces and block elements identified in the reflown marked-up content of the FFF. For each space and block element, the FFTS determines and tags line breaks in the reflown marked-up content. For each line break, the FFTS identifies, tags, and positions anchored floats and footnotes on a current page based on space availability. The FFTS positions page breaks in the continuous page based on a configurable page height and the line breaks. The FFTS groups the marked-up content, inserts pagination elements, for example, page numbers, etc., and renders the grouped marked-up content in the RSFF, which is reversible to restore the continuous page.

System and method for non-programmers to dynamically manage multiple sets of XML document data

A system and method for dynamically retrieving, manipulating, updating, creating, and displaying data from sources of Extensible Markup Language (XML) documents.

SELF-TRANSFORMING CONTENT OBJECTS

Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with self-transformation objects are described. In one embodiment, a method includes determining that a content object is to be rendered. The example method may also include evaluating attributes of a user to identify a content preference of the user. The example method may also include identifying a content transformation mapping that corresponds to the content preference. The example method may also include parsing the content object to identify a transformation script. The example method may also include executing the transformation script to parse the content object to identify elements that are tagged with a transformation tag. The example method may also include executing the transformation script to apply corresponding transformations from the content transformation mapping to the tagged elements. The example method may also include rendering the content object with the transformed elements.

Generating data format description language schema

An annotation retrieval module may be configured to retrieve annotations added to sample data, the annotations having been added according to an annotation rule. An analysis tool may be configured to create a logical schema and a configuration file from the retrieved annotations, according to the annotation rule. The logic schema may represent a tree structure containing one or more data elements corresponding to the sample data, and the configuration file may define one or more operations for adding DFDL annotations into the logic schema. A DFDL schema generator may be configured to generate a DFDL schema for the sample data according to the logic schema and the configuration file.
