Radial map data visualization
A visualization system generates for display one or more radial maps that represent data values for a plurality of parameters measured for groups of entities. Each group of rows of the radial map represents a group of entities for whom the parameters are measured and compared against a baseline or control group, while each column represents a measured parameter. If the visualization system determines that an entity has a data value for a measured parameter that deviates from the control group value by more than a threshold amount, the system visually distinguishes the outlier value from the other geometric shapes in the radial map. Additionally, two or more radial maps may be simultaneously displayed on a visual interface based on correlations between data points for groups of entities.

PROTEIN FAMILIES MAP
Methods, apparatus, system and computer-implemented method are provided for a computer-implemented method of identifying candidate entities of interest associated with disease selection information. The method including: receiving a first set of entities that are predicted to be associated with the disease selection information; retrieving a second set of entities that are known to be associated with the disease selection information; generating a set of entity mappings between entities of the first set of entities, entities the second set of entities, and entities of a graph structure in relation to the disease selection information, the graph structure based on an entity hierarchy, ontology or taxonomy of an entity family associated with the first and second sets of entities, linking entities from the first and second sets of entities to the graph structure based on the generated set of entity mappings; and identifying candidate entities of interest from those linked entities of the first and second sets of entities on the graph structure based on determining where each entity from the first set of entities is located on the graph structure relative to one or more entities of the second set of entities on the graph structure.

USER CONTEXT-BASED ENTERPRISE SEARCH WITH MULTI-MODAL INTERACTION
Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for enterprise search that leverage periodically updated user context of an enterprise user for intent understanding and treat a search session as a dialog between the user and a digital assistant to allow multi-modal interaction. For example, a query input by the user may be received from a client application having search functionality and an integrated assistant. A current state of the user context may be leveraged to understand the query. Based on the understanding, one or more responsive entities may be retrieved from an enterprise search index as results. Based on the results, a response may be generated that includes the results and a prompt to cause the user to further refine the query and/or provide feedback. The response may be provided to the client application for output as part of a search session dialog between the user and assistant.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR PROVIDING ALTERNATIVE CONTENT AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions, and a processor configured to execute the instructions by accessing the memory, to, when a content switching event is detected in the electronic device, identify content information on a first type of content that is output from the electronic device, retrieve a second type of content related to the first type of content based on the content information, and output the second type of content.
Storing Versions of Data Assets in Knowledge Graphs
A method includes storing data in a knowledge graph stored in a database. The knowledge graph is defined by nodes connected by edges, in which a root node of the knowledge graph is connected to a first version node by a first edge. The root node represents a data asset, and the first version node represents a first version of the data asset. A status indicator associated with the first version node has a first state indicating that the first version of the data asset is an editable draft version of the data asset. Responsive to receiving an instruction to publish the first version of the data asset, the state of the status indicator is changed to a second state that indicates that the first version of the data asset is a published version of the data asset.

Representing search results via a three-dimensional matrix
An approach is described for representing search results via a three-dimensional matrix. An associated method may include receiving a search query, querying at least one database based upon the search query, and receiving results to the search query from the at least one database. The method further may include representing the results via a three-dimensional matrix graphically depicting a plurality of categories corresponding to the results. Each of the plurality of categories may be associated with the results via a respective tag in the at least one database. Upon detecting activity from an input device, the method further may include filtering the plurality of categories of the three-dimensional matrix, and prioritizing the results based upon the filtering. Representing the results via the three-dimensional matrix may include presenting the results in a list correlated to the three-dimensional matrix, and prioritizing the results based upon the filtering may include prioritizing the list.
