A network-based document protection system for the protection of business secret includes: a template module configured to search for the template information of a template stored in a template database (DB) or the document information of a document stored in a document DB, and to execute the corresponding template or document via a dedicated application; an authentication module configured to generate the document information by including the identification code of an operator in the corresponding template information or to identify a corresponding operator by recognizing an identification code from the document information of the executed document, according to the execution procedure of the template module; and a security module configured to store the document, generated or updated via the dedicated application, in the document DB, and to perform security processing on the document.

The application system having a user interface module for providing access to the application system through the user computing device. A document module receives the document from a document management API to permit the creation, editing, and transmittal of a document associated with a project. A project management module an and email integration module are each operable to associate information contained in emails, documents, etc. to associate the information with a project. A communication module permits collaborative engagement with the document.

A document review system is configured to quickly provide search results for large amounts of documents. Ontology templates are used to generate objects and links based on the documents. Users can view documents, and linked objects and object properties can be displayed. An index assisted search can be performed to determine the linked objects and object properties. A supplemental search can be performed on a second database that tracks modifications to the documents or objects. The modifications in the second database can be periodically written to the first database, and the index can be rebuilt. The user experience can be free of slow searches and slow index rebuilds.

Systems and methods are provided for generating hypermedia-based graphical user interfaces for display on a mobile device. In one embodiment, the systems and methods may include at least one processor in communication with a mobile device associated with a user; and a storage medium storing instructions. When executed, the instructions may configure the at least one processor to automatically generate one or more queries for information identifying the user and an individual associated with the user, automatically generate one or more requests for status information and real-time location information for the individual, automatically generate, based on the requested status information and real-time location information, a plurality of hypermedia elements for a graphical user interface being formatted for the mobile device, and provide the automatically generated hypermedia elements for display in a graphical user interface formatted for the mobile device.

A method for automatically inserting hyperlinks is provided. In one example, the method includes monitoring a user's interaction with a document via algorithms of a hyperlink generation engine implemented at a processor of a client device, and identifying a structural element in the document of interest to the user, based on the user's interaction and a set of rules input to the hyperlink generation engine. The structural element may be automatically modified to include a first hyperlink and displayed in the document at a display device.

Seamless integration of multiple applications in tutorials is disclosed herein. In one example, a processor device of a computing device displays, within browser software, a tutorial interface comprising a tutorial guide, wherein the tutorial guide comprises a plurality of task links, and each task link corresponds to an application of a plurality of applications. The processor device receives, using the browser software via a user input device, a first user input indicating a selected task link among the plurality of task links. Responsive to receiving the first user input, the processor device initiates execution of a first application corresponding to the selected task link, wherein the first application executes within the tutorial interface instead of requiring a user to launch and switch between multiple applications in multiple browser tabs or windows.

A hierarchical representation of entities relate to development of at least one product. A portion of a document is selected. For the selected portion of the document, an indication associated with at least one of the entities in the hierarchical representation is received. Based on the received indication, a link is created between the selected portion of the document and the at least one of the entities in the hierarchical representation.
