SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ON DEMAND SERVICE INTEGRATION
Systems and methods for on demand service integration. A system includes at least one processor and a storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the at least one processor to perform operations including receiving from a customer system a request to integrate a partner service with an integrator instance at the customer system and searching an integrator database for a partner service communication template based on the received request. The operations also include configuring the integrator instance to receive communications from a partner service instance based on the communication template and establishing a communication link between the integrator instance and the partner service instance.
SELECTING A TARGET QUEUE FOR AN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
In some implementations, a cloud computing system that executes a function may receive an indication of an electronic communication to occur between a customer and an agent. The cloud computing system that executes the function may determine a classification of the electronic communication based on a first set of rules stored in a database of the cloud computing system and attributes associated with the electronic communication. The cloud computing system that executes the function may select, based on the classification of the electronic communication, a target queue from a plurality of potential queues to be associated with the electronic communication based on a second set of rules stored in the database. The cloud computing system that executes the function may select the agent from a plurality of potential agents for the electronic communication based on an association between the agent and the target queue.
Method and system for ranking plurality of digital documents
A method and server for ranking a plurality of documents are disclosed. The method includes determining, by the server, for each document from the plurality of documents a proximity value between a respective document vector and an other document vector. A given proximity value for a respective document being indicative of a similarity between (i) the respective document and (ii) at least one other one from the plurality of documents. The method also comprises using, by the server, the proximity values of the plurality of documents for ranking the plurality of documents.

System and methods for search engine parameter tuning using genetic algorithm
A method for operating a search engine may include determining a multi-dimensional search parameter space comprising a set of possible weight values for each of a plurality of search parameters and dividing the search parameter space into a grid of evenly-spaced values that is a subset of the set of possible values. The method may further include defining one or more initial populations of search parameter weight values, wherein each population of search parameter weight values comprises a plurality of initial individuals, wherein each initial individual comprises a respective one of the evenly-spaced values for each of the search parameters. The method may further include executing one or more genetic algorithms based on the one or more initial populations to select a final set of search parameter weight values, and returning results of a user search in the search engine according to the final set of search parameter weight values.

Unobtrusive systems and methods for collecting, processing and securing information transmitted over a network
The present disclosure relates to systems for “cookieless” tracking across a wide range of websites and mobile applications. The systems do not involve the use of tracking pixels or code on individual webs pages and associated web or other servers and may be achieved through use of a single URL for tracking a user across multiple websites while a browser session is initiated. Methods of enhanced tracking of user activity without requiring cookies or tracking pixels are also described herein.
System and method for data event management system
Generally, the present disclosure relates to solving issues with inefficient management of data within an organization by building a central repository of events within the data ecosystem. The data event management system, disclosed herein, offers a platform agnostic ledger of the data ecosystem that enables data transparency and identifies patterns/bottlenecks to properly adjust to meeting the needs of the data consumer. With this information, data driven decisions can be made to prioritize workload and ensure funding is supporting the consumer prioritized assets.

Providing enhanced functionality in an interactive electronic technical manual
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus, systems, computer program products for transferring a performance of a procedure found in technical documentation for an item via an interactive electronic technical manual system (IETM) configured to provide electronic and credentialed access to the technical documentation. In one embodiment, a method is provided comprising: providing the steps of the procedure in an order in which the steps are to be carried out; and while a user is participating in the performance of the procedure: causing a particular step that is being carried out to be highlighted; receiving input of a selection of a transfer mechanism and in response: causing an indication to be displayed between the particular step and a next step to be carried out identifying where the performance has been suspended; providing a transfer window displaying transfer information; and recording the transfer information and an identifier for the indication.
