Mobile Health Interface (mHi) Platform systems and methods of evaluating mobile applications include establishing evaluation criteria for mobile applications within a given industry; receiving mobile applications with associated Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for the given industry; classifying, via the APIs, each of the mobile applications into discreet packages; certifying and accepting the discreet packages for each of the mobile applications based upon the evaluation criteria, via processing circuitry of a single interoperable platform with data integration capability and associated virtual machine; authenticating a user access to the certified discreet packages for a set trial period of time; receiving trial sequence data indicating the user's preference via scoring for each of the certified discreet packages for the set period of time; ranking the certified discreet packages based upon the received trial sequence data; and receiving a selected bundle of certified and ranked discreet packages.

Digital Rights Management Leveraging Motion or Environmental Traits
20170277868 · 2017-09-28 · ·

Digital rights management techniques are used to control access to items of content based on motion or environmental traits. Data is collected that describes motion or environmental traits associated with a request to access content, the request received from a user. A determination is made from the data using a digital rights management module embedded as part of the content as to whether the motion or environmental traits meet specified traits of a motion or environmental behavior of a digital rights management policy enforced by the digital rights management module for at least one item of the content. Responsive to a determination that the specified traits are met, access to the at least one item of the content is permitted by the embedded digital rights management module.

Distributing digital-works and usage-rights via limited authorization to user-devices
09773205 · 2017-09-26 ·

Method for automatically distributing, as needed, a user's digital-works and usage-rights to one or more user-devices. A definition of the usage-rights for a digital-work may be stored at one or more locations on a network. A version of said digital-work suitable for a user-device may be provided by one or more locations on said network. When a user who is authorized to utilize said digital-work is active at a user-device, a version of said digital-work and authorization to utilize is automatically transferred when needed to a user-device. The digital-work and authorization may be automatically transferred as needed to any user-device where an authorized user is active. The usage-rights may only be valid for one or more specific users. The usage authorization at each user-device may be less than defined in the full usage-rights maintained on the network. Authorization to utilize said digital-work at a user-device may be extended from time to time by exchanging user-device status across the network. Digital-works are automatically provided as needed to any user-device that an authorized user is using.

RELEVANCY IMPROVEMENT THROUGH TARGETING OF INFORMATION BASED ON DATA GATHERED FROM A NETWORKED DEVICE ASSOCIATED WITH A SECURITY SANDBOX OF A CLIENT DEVICE
20170270292 · 2017-09-21 ·

A method, apparatus, and system related to relevancy improvement through targeting of information based on data gathered from a networked device associated with a security sandbox of a client device are disclosed. In one embodiment, a system may comprise a networked device, a relevancy-matching server, and a client device. The networked device may be configured to generate a preliminary data and/or a primary data associated with a user and automatically announce a sandbox-reachable service of the networked device to a discovery module. The relevancy-matching server may be configured to match a targeted data with the primary data based on a relevancy factor associated with the user. The client device may be configured to automatically process an identification data of the networked device and/or the sandbox-reachable service of the networked device from the discovery module and to automatically associate with the networked device based on the identification data.

Portion-Level Digital Rights Management in Digital Content
20170262619 · 2017-09-14 ·

Portion-level digital rights management (DRM) in digital content is described. In one or more embodiments, a selection of a portion of the digital content is received at a computing device. Then, a policy is assigned to the selected portion by adding a markup element with an identifier to the selected portion. Based on the assigned policy, the selected portion is encrypted without encrypting another portion of the digital content. Subsequently, access to the selected portion is controlled based on the policy independently of the other portion. In this way, different portions of a single document can be protected with different policies. Different users may then have access to different portions of the digital content based on their user ID being associated with a particular policy, which improves security and management of distributable digital content.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MACHINE CONTENT GENERATION

A communal media system includes a content management system for storing multimedia content and a synchronization system configured to: retrieve the multimedia content for delivery to a plurality of user devices and receive social media content generated by the user devices; separate the multimedia content and the social media content into a set of prioritized layers; determine a timestamp offset for each of the user devices; and adjust simultaneous deliveries of the multimedia content and the social media content to the user devices, based on a priority associated each layer and the timestamp offset associated with each user device, The multimedia content is delivered to each user devices at the same time and the social media content is delivered to the user devices at the same time while the multimedia content is being viewed on the user devices.

APPLICATION EXECUTION ON A VIRTUAL SERVER BASED ON A KEY ASSIGNED TO A VIRTUAL NETWORK INTERFACE

In some implementations, a cloud computing system may deploy a virtual server to execute an application associated with an application licensor system. The cloud computing system may identify a virtual network interface that corresponds to the virtual server. The cloud computing system may associate a key received from the application licensor system to the virtual network interface to allow the application to be executed based on the virtual network interface. The cloud computing system may associate the virtual server and the virtual network interface. The cloud computing system may execute the application on the virtual server based on the key that is associated with the virtual network interface and based on associating the virtual server and the virtual network interface.

Systems and methods for monetizing the reproduction of digital media content for the rights-holders of the digital media content. Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to determining whether a user of a media content item has a license to reproduce the media content item. In one embodiment, the media content item may be reproduced when the user is licensed. The user is prompted to select to acquire a license to reproduce the media content item or to decline the license to reproduce the media content item when the user is not licensed. Further embodiments determine whether a user may receive a license when the user wishes to acquire a license. In an embodiment, the user is declined a license when not approved for the license.

User account access management

A user account access management system includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a system memory storing a user account access software code. The hardware processor executes the user account access software code to receive, from a first user device, a secondary account profile data for generating a secondary account associated with a primary user account registered with a web based service, and to receive, from a second user device, a sign up request for using the web based service. The hardware processor further executes the user account access software code to transmit an authentication token to one of the first user device and the second user device, receive the authentication token from the other of the first user device and the second user device, and link the secondary account with the second user device based on receiving the authentication code.
