Dynamic data watermarking for leakage source detection

In one example an apparatus comprises a memory and a processor to receive, in an edge node of a secure network, a first file, determine that the first file is addressed to a recipient outside the secure network, and in response to a determination that the first file is addressed to a destination outside the secure network, to generate a watermark that identifies a transmitter of the document, a recipient of the document, and comprises a digital signature of the first file, embed the watermark in the first file to generate a watermarked file, and pass the watermarked file to an input/output system for transmission out of the secure network. Other examples may be described.

Data watermarking and fingerprinting system and method

A system for applying fingerprinting/watermarking of consumer data, and analyzing “wild files” of consumer data to assign a guilt score for a particular party who may have leaked the data, allows the owner of data sources (“Data Owners”) to identify and assert ownership of textual data that has been distributed outside of their firewall in the clear (i.e., without encryption), either intentionally or unintentionally, and assign guilt to parties misusing the data. The system can be used by Data Owners who transmit, lease, or sell data to individuals or organizations (“Trusted Third Parties” or “TTPs”) to recognize and assert ownership of their data in the case where one or more TTPs leaks the data (the leaked file is defined as a “Leaked Subset”) into the hands of others (“Bad Actors”) who either knowingly or unknowingly use the data illegally.

An example apparatus includes: memory; instructions in the apparatus; and at least one processor to execute the instructions to: check for proof of trust information in one or more pre-determined positions in a trusted digital image, the proof of trust information including a secure output marker, the secure output marker indicative of information corresponding to a trusted output area of the trusted digital image; decrypt the secure output marker using one or more security keys from a trusted execution environment (TEE), the TEE isolated from a computing application; and enable activation of a trusted output indicator in response to a match between first data corresponding to the secure output marker and second data corresponding to the trusted output area of the trusted digital image.

System, method, and program product for digital production management

Systems, methods, and program products for managing digital production from one or more production devices with one or more sources providing inputs of production designs and/or production options are disclosed.

Controlling program execution using an access key

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for controlling the execution of a deployed software program to a customer system are disclosed herein. A vendor may deploy a software program to the customer system. The software program may comprise an access key, the access key comprising a digital signature and access parameters. The digital signature may utilize a public key private key pair. The customer may run the software program by validating the access key on the customer system. Validating the access key may comprise verifying the digital signature and verifying the access parameters. Once the access key has been validated, the customer may execute the software program on the customer system.

Method for implanting a watermark in a trained artificial intelligence model for a data processing accelerator

In one embodiment, a computer-implemented method performed by a data processing (DP) accelerator includes receiving, at the DP accelerator, first data representing an artificial intelligence (AI) model that has been previously trained from a host processor; receiving, at the DP accelerator, a request to implant a watermark in the AI model from the host processor; and implanting, by the DP accelerator, the watermark within the AI model. The DP accelerator then transmits second data representing the AI model having the watermark implanted therein to the host processor. In embodiment, the method further includes extracting, at the DP accelerator, a watermark algorithm identifier (ID) from the request to implant a watermark; and generating the watermark using a watermark algorithm identified by the watermark algorithm ID.

Embodiments relate to a virtual newsroom system and a method thereof. The method comprises: receiving, through a user registration unit of a virtual newsroom system, a registration of a user; deciding through a registration approving unit of the virtual newsroom system, the registration of the user is approved or rejected; receiving through a content receiving unit of the virtual newsroom system, one or more content from an approved media person; approving, through an approving unit of the virtual newsroom system, the one or more content; publishing, on a publishing unit of the virtual newsroom system, the one or more content; and enabling, through a sales and purchase unit of the virtual newsroom system, sale, purchase and auction of the one or more content.

Optical authentication of images

Systems and methods performed for generating authentication information for an image using optical computing are provided. When a user takes a photo of an object, an optical authentication system receives light reflected and/or emitted from the object. The system also receives a random key from an authentication server. The system converts the received light to plenoptic data and uploads it to the authentication server. In addition, the system generates an optical hash of the received light using the random key, converts the generated optical hash to a digital optical hash, and uploads the digital optical hash to the authentication server. When the authentication server receives the upload, it verifies whether the time of the upload is within a certain threshold time from the sending of the random key and whether the digital optical hash was generated from the same light as the plenoptic data.

System functionality activation using distributed ledger

Techniques for managing activation of functionalities in an information processing system are provided. For example, a method generates, at a first node in a distributed ledger network, at least one data object comprising data associated with a system and one or more unactivated functionalities of the system, and the data object further comprises one or more parameter fields configured for one or more other nodes in the distributed ledger network to subsequently insert data therein. The method obtains the at least one data object after data is inserted in the one or more parameter fields by the one or more other nodes. The method sends the at least one object to an additional node in the distributed ledger network for use in activating the one or more unactivated functionalities of the system.
