Embodiments described herein relate to a storage system for implementing crowdsourced delivery of a parcel. In one embodiment, the storage system includes a communication system configured to communicate wirelessly with an external server to receive an access setting, a storage locker, secured by a primary electronic locking mechanism, including a plurality of inner compartments each secured by respective secondary electronic locking mechanisms, one or more processors, and a memory communicably coupled to the one or more processors and storing: a locking module including instructions that when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to set the primary electronic locking mechanism and at least one secondary electronic locking mechanism to open in response to, respectively, a primary code and a secondary code based at least in part on information received in the access setting.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DYNAMIC CROWDSOURCED DELIVERY
System and methods described herein relate to crowdsourced delivery, including receiving a delivery request, selecting a plurality of participants, determining a delivery route including at least one transfer of the parcel between a first participant and a second participant of the plurality of participants, with at least the first participant operating a vehicle having a secure storage locker that includes at least one secure compartment to hold the parcel, generating access keys including at least a first access key that enables access to the secure storage locker and a second access key that enables access to a secure compartment in the storage locker, transmitting the access keys to the second participant, distributing delivery tasks, based on the delivery route, to the plurality of participants, wherein completion of the delivery tasks results in delivery of the parcel to the delivery destination, and monitoring completion of the delivery tasks by the plurality of participants.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR WASHING HEAD-MOUNTED DEVICES
A system for washing components of head-mounted devices may include a reader to read identification information from a plurality of interface devices that are used in conjunction with or that are components of head-mounted devices. Each interface device may include an RFID tag including respective identification information of the interface device. The system may also include a washing system. Further, the system may include a controller with a processor and a memory, wherein the control may receive the identification information from the reader or wash cycle information from the washing system to determine whether the interface device has reached a threshold level of degradation.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PERFORMING TRANSACTIONS
A wearable device, such as a finger ring worn by a user, communicates information about a user to a reader that uses the information in order to perform a transaction. Such wearable device may be conveniently carried by and accessible to the user such that utilization of the device for the transaction is less burdensome for the user, thereby encouraging use of the device for particular transactions. Indeed, in some cases, such as when the device is implemented as a finger ring or other type of jewelry, the user may be encouraged to carry the device in an exposed manner such that it is readily available for the transaction without the user having to search in a wallet, pocket, or purse for the device.

A payment card (e.g., credit and/or debit card) is provided with a magnetic emulator operable to act as a magnetic stripe read-head detector and a data transmitter. A multiple layer flexible PCB may be fabricated to include multiple magnetic emulators. An emulator may include a coil that includes magnetic, ferromagnetic, or ferromagnetic, material in the coil's interior. Coils may be associated with zones. As a read-head is detected to move from zone-to-zone, coils may be activated to transmit information in those zones.

The present invention concerns methods, systems and devices that use indoor localization for assisting customers in retail stores. The customer is provided with a tag for localizing said customer while he or she moves through the store. The sales person is provided with a mobile device for localizing said sales person and for notification. The customer can request for assistance, in which case a sales person is allocated to the customer by the shopping assistance system. The sales person can start assisting the customer after an interaction between the mobile device and the tag, preferably on the basis of a proximity determination between the mobile device of the sales person and the tag of the customer.

The shared memory is connected to the instrument and wireless radio and includes static message memory having static messages related to the instrument. The outgoing memory portion receives outgoing information from the instrument and transmits the outgoing information to the wireless radio for transmission on the wireless mesh network. The incoming memory portion receives incoming information from the wireless radio and transmits the incoming information to the instrument. The shared memory restricts the wireless radio and the instrument from both raising grant lines and granting data to either the incoming memory portion or the outgoing memory portion simultaneously.
