The card storing mechanism is arranged above the transport mechanism. The card storing mechanism comprises a pressing block and a buckle. The transport mechanism comprises a guide rail and a card hook. The transport mechanism transports a card by cooperating of the guide rail and the card hook. The card storing mechanism fixes the card via the pressing block and the buckle. The base is configured to fix the card storing mechanism and the transport mechanism. According to the present invention, a card issuing box and a card receiving box are integrated into one body to reduce structural complexity, reduce costs, and improve space utilization rate.
