CONTROL DEVICE SETTING ORDER CONDITION FOR ORDERING CARTRIDGE TO BE MOUNTED IN RECORDING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH TANK
In a control device, a controller sets an order condition using a plurality of sets of timing information and a plurality of index values stored in a memory. The plurality of index values is acquired from a recording device under a condition where a first cartridge is mounted in the recording device. The order condition requires that one of a latest index value and a current timing have reached corresponding one of a reference index value and a reference timing, and is set so that a second cartridge is delivered to a predetermined destination at a first timing at which the first cartridge is expected to be out of a printing agent while a tank of the recording device is expected to still accommodate the printing agent. The controller transmits an order command instructing to order the second cartridge to a relevant device after the order condition is satisfied.
IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
An image forming apparatus includes a print device, a first backend communication portion, a second backend communication portion, and an inquiry management portion. The inquiry management portion transmits, when determining that transmission of a permission response is possible, the permission response to a digital frontend via the first backend communication portion. The second backend communication portion receives print data from the digital frontend. The print device executes print processing that is based on the print data when the print data is received from the digital frontend by the second backend communication portion.

Systems and methods relate generally to integration of a printing device to a smart space meeting room (meeting room). In an example, a virtual assistant: receives a request to schedule a meeting; obtains a list of attendees; determines availability of attendees and the meeting room; confirms the availability of the attendees; reserves the meeting room; sends invitations to each of the attendees; generates a query for searching a content management system on a server; and locates materials on the content management system for the meeting. The server loads the materials for the meeting from the content management system and sends the materials to the printing device. A bot of the printing device checks status of the printing device. The printing device prints the materials personalized to each of the attendees. The virtual assistant requests the printed materials to be picked up by a robot for delivery to the meeting room.
