A method for coordinating a business transaction between a selling vendor and a shipping vendor including the steps of: presenting the shipping vendors selected by a transaction coordination hub to the selling vendor; approving at least one of the shipping vendors based on input of selling vendor; accepting an offer of the transaction based on the input of the shipping vendor; collecting payment, including commission from the selling vendor using a payment managing module; paying the shipping vendor using the payment management module; paying a shipping company and scheduling a time for product retrieval by the shipping company, using the payment management module and a shipping managing module; and tracking the product until delivery to a consumer.
COORDINATED TRANSPORT OF GOODS
A computer-implemented method includes identifying a return item associated with a return item location; identifying a first profile associated with the return item and a social return availability database; and determining one or more return suggestions based on the return item location and one or more additional profiles of the social return availability database. The one or one or more return suggestions suggest returning the return item by the one or more additional profiles. The computer-implemented method further includes presenting, to the first profile, the one or more return suggestions. A corresponding computer program product and computer system are also disclosed.
SYSTEMS AND COMPUTERIZED METHODS FOR REAL TIME SHIPMENT COORDINATION
The present disclosure provides a computerized method for package management, including: storing, in a data structure, information of a seller in association with a plurality of items sold by the seller; receiving an indication of a transaction, the transaction indication including an address of a customer and at least one item identifier corresponding to an item sold by the seller; converting the transaction indication into a shipment request by formatting the transaction indication according to a standardized format required by a shipper; generating a message containing the formatted shipment request; transmitting the message to the shipper in real time to initialize shipment of the item; and providing real time confirmation to the seller and the customer that shipment has been initialized.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SYNCHRONIZED DELIVERY
Systems, methods, and media are provided herein for synchronizing delivery between two or more shipments, each shipment associated with one or more items. For example, a Global Positioning System (GPS) device detects a geocode for a first serviceable point, the geocode corresponding to a latitude and longitude coordinate (and an altitude in some aspects). A record may be stored at a database, the record comprising shipment data for a shipment of an item and the geocode for the first serviceable point. Another shipment may be determined to be within a range of a time associated with the shipment data for the shipment. The other shipment may also have a second serviceable point within a threshold distance of the first serviceable point. Based on the range of time and the threshold distance, an indication (that the shipments are available for synchronized delivery) may be provided.
PREDICTION OF FAILURE RECOVERY TIMING IN MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Methods, information handling systems and computer readable media are disclosed for formulating a proposed action involving a current repair process for a failed product in a manufacturing process. According to one embodiment, a method includes receiving identification of a current repair process and associating a first set of parameter values with the current repair process. The method further includes determining a likelihood of shipment delay resulting from the current repair process, where the determining includes applying a first machine learning model to the first set of parameter values. Based on the likelihood of shipment delay, the method further includes formulating a proposed action, including at least one of waiting for completion of the current repair process, replacing the failed product with an alternative product undergoing the manufacturing process, or initiating production of a new product to replace the failed product.
Packaging and shipping system for a dry charged battery
A packaging and shipping system for dry charged batteries. The packaging system includes a shipping crate having a lower section that defines an open interior. The open interior is sized to receive a dry charged battery and a plurality of electrolyte bottles. Each of the electrolyte bottles contains a volume of electrolyte sufficient to fill one of the individual cells of the dry charged battery. Each of the electrolyte bottles are separately packaged and positioned within the open interior of the shipping crate. Upon reaching the desired destination, the shipping crate can be stored. When the dry charged battery is to be placed into use, the shipping crate is opened and the individual cells of the dry charged battery are filled with electrolyte from the plurality of electrolyte bottles. Once the dry charged battery has been activated, the empty electrolyte bottles can be placed back into the shipping crate and returned for recycling.

A method is disclosed for optimizing an order for a product for delivery. The method includes receiving an order for a product from a first requestor, the order identifying a delivery timeframe. The method also includes identifying an undelivered shipment of the product associated with an existing order of a second party. The method further includes transmitting a request to reroute the undelivered shipment of the product to the first requestor within the delivery timeframe. The method still further includes processing the order for the product. The processing includes arranging delivery of the product to the second party. Systems and apparatus are also disclosed to implement the disclosed methods.
GENERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPMENT POSTAGE
Systems and techniques are provided that allow for pre-paid return shipping labels to be generated using an automated kiosk or comparable device. A return shipper provides an item to be sent to the initial shipper to the kiosk, which verifies that the item matches the initially-shipped item and generates a suitable return shipping label.
