METHOD OF SUPPLYING LOANED FUNDS TO EMPLOYEES FOR INCREASED PARTICIPATION IN BROAD-BASED EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLANS
The present invention relates to a system and method of supplying and repaying loaned funds provided to an employee participating in a contribution based broad-based employee stock ownership plan, or in an employer-provided retirement plan. In particular, the present invention relates to a method and system for enabling an employee to contribute more funds into his/her broad-based employee stock ownership plan, or in an employer-provided retirement plan by offering a line of credit up to the vested contribution and benefit amount for the employee to originate against.
Calculating Tax Credits Values From Human Capital Data
A method, system, and computer program code for determining a tax incentive for an employer. A set of cards is displayed on the storyboard interface. Each card is related to a particular criterion for determining and eligibility of the employer for the tax incentive. In response to receiving a selection of a particular card, a set of modal windows, including a set of data fields that are relevant to a particular criterion, is displayed on the storyboard interface. Information for the employer is identified that is relevant to the particular criterion. The set of data fields it is populated based on a portion of the information. A tax incentive amount is calculated based on the portion of the information. A document it is generated for claiming the tax incentive. The document includes the portion of the employer information and the incentive amount.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING AND MANAGING PAID TIME OFF FOR EMPLOYEES
A method and a system for managing paid time off (PTO) data associated with employees of an employer at a workplace are provided herein. The method may include the following steps: obtaining the PTO data from at least one human resource (HR) database of said workplace; tagging the PTO data, to yield tagged PTO units based on demand and supply of the employees and the workplace; allocating respective values to the tagged PTO units in terms of benefit to the employees and to the employer; applying a cost function to said tagged PTO units, factoring said respective values, to yield an overall benefit for every possible PTO allocation plan, wherein the obtaining, the tagging, the allocating, and the applying are carried out by at least one computer processor. The system may implement the aforementioned method as a software as a service (SaaS) platform.
System for verification and management of paired assets related applications
A computerized system for verifiable pairing physical assets with digital representations comprising a set of non-transitory computer readable instructions for retrieving a design record having a material list, retrieving a supplier record according to the design record and according to a first verification, retrieving a shipping record according to the supplier record and according to a second verification, and creating a material receipt record including a third verification representing that the material is received at the location and is the same material that was designated in the designer, provided by the supplier, received by the shipper and delivered to the location.
System and method for ride order dispatching
Systems and methods are provided for ride order dispatching. Such method may comprise obtaining information on a location of a vehicle and a time to input into a trained neural network algorithm; and based on a policy generated from the trained neural network algorithm, obtaining action information for the vehicle, the action information comprising: staying at a current position of the vehicle, re-positioning the vehicle, or accepting a ride order.
Group Eligibility Criteria Builder
A system, method implemented on a computer system, and computer program product for generating an expression. A graphical representation of the expression comprising criteria blocks and logical operator blocks is displayed on a user interface. Each of the criteria blocks includes criteria information defining a criteria, an edit block control element, and a delete block control element. A user interface to receive changes to the criteria information for a selected criteria block is displayed in response to selecting the edit block control element for the selected criteria block. The selected criteria block is deleted from the expression in response to selecting the delete block control element for the selected criteria block. A building block may be used to define criteria for criteria blocks in several expressions. Criteria for expressions defined using a building block are changed automatically in response to changes to the building block.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND DEVICES FOR PROCESSING HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION
Embodiments relate to a method for processing and/or managing health-related information. An example method may include establishing one or more communication channels, receiving a plurality of information, processing received information, deriving a first ranked list of recommendations, deriving a second ranked list of recommendations, deriving a third ranked list of recommendations and deriving a final ranked list of recommendations. The method for processing and/or managing health-related information may further include responsive to a selection of a recommendation by the user, updating the current set of information and the health score based on the selected recommendation. The method for processing and/or managing health-related information may further include generating a modified health score for each recommendation wherein the modified health score for each recommendation represents the health score for the user if the recommendation is selected.
COMPUTERIZED PAYROLL SYSTEM
A computerized payroll system is provided that includes a server having a processor configured to receive from an employee device or from a manager device, a record indicating a total number of hours worked by an employee during a pay period on shifts at different pay rates. The processor is further configured to determine an average pay rate for the total number of hours and any applicable overtime pay rate. The processor is further configured to calculate a benefit amount for the employee. The processor is further configured to display the calculated benefit, display a selector to redeem the calculated benefit, and receive user input via the selector of a request to redeem a requested portion of the calculated benefit, and responsive to receiving the request, initiate a redemption transaction to transfer the requested portion of the calculated benefit to an account identified by the user.
