Methods and systems are disclosed for determining gaps in a user's resume regarding skills or titles for a job, and recommending educational courses to the user based on those gaps. The user's resume is received and analyzed for the user's current set of skills. Various searching methods are used to identify a set of job requisitions based on a user's input query for a job. The user's skills are compared with a set of required skills associated with the set of job requisitions. Educational courses are identified for the skills that are required for the set of job requisitions but are not present in the user's set of skills. The educational courses presented to the user via the search engine. The user's resume can also be ranked relative to other resumes for the skills or titles required for a job.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for building a geographic location based sharing request network. The invention generates and builds a sharing request network based on user geographic locations for efficiently and conveniently matching and connecting users to one another and third party systems. In this way, the sharing request network system may identify social events, volunteering opportunities, medical aid sharing, and transportation sharing for aging individuals. Furthermore, the system generates a knowledge sharing advice database, since aging individuals typically have professional or personal experiences. The user may be able to respond with answers or advice to questions posted by other users via the system. Additionally, the system may generate rewards based on the knowledge or advice provided in response to posted questions.

A web page personalization system comprises a profile database and a profile manager. The profile database stores profiles for users. The profiles are comprised of segments of profile information for the users. The profile manager receives a request over an Internet for a group of segments of profile information about a user from a requestor. The request includes an anonymized identifier stored on a device for the user. The profile manager identifies a profile from the profiles for the user in the profile database using the anonymized identifier. The profile is comprised of the segments of the profile information about the user. The profile manager sends a portion of the profile information corresponding to the group of segments in an anonymized form in a reply over the Internet to the requestor. The requestor uses the group of segments to generate a personalized web page for the user.

A computer-based system executing a computer-based method for facilitating an employer's relationship with its employees with regard to the vast array of laws and regulations concerning employee leave. Employers and employees may have a difficult time navigating though the laws and regulations of the employer/employee relationship as each employee is afforded leave benefits. Leave benefits may include paid holidays, paid vacation, full and partial paid time-off, unpaid time off with fear of losing a job and other time-off scenarios where an employee may wish to or need to be away from normal work duties for some amount of time. The service and system provides a way to inform employees about leave benefits, to track employee's use of and engagement with leave benefits, and to ensure compliance with laws and regulations of leave benefits across various jurisdictions.

Systems, methods, and computer media for implementing ad-hoc time accounts are provided herein. General time accounts can be established for users in a group of users. The general time accounts reflect an amount of leave allocated to the user over a time period, and can be created, for example, as a batch process at the beginning of a time period. A request for an additional leave acquisition can be received for a particular user. An ad-hoc time account can be generated reflecting the additional leave acquisition request. In a time management application, the ad-hoc time account and the general time account can be integrated to reflect a total amount of leave for the user.

The system includes a communication device and an automated pay rate creation system installed with a pay rate creation application. A presentation module provides a messaging window on the communication device for the user interactions. A request module provides queries on the messaging window to request job details. A pay rate processing and parsing module receives the job details and processes and parses the job details into user specific configurations and stores in a pay rate database. A pay rate creation module creates the pay rates. A pay rate identification module performs a pay rate analysis and generates a confidence factor on the data quality. A resource hiring module recommends the candidate work location for hiring at least one resource based on the pay rates and the confidence factor.

A method including a system receiving, through a computer network, a donation authorization from a donor via a donor user interface executed on a donor device. The method further can include, after determining that the donation authorization complies with the matching policy, determining by the system, in real-time, a matching donation amount based at least in part on the matching policy. The matching donation amount can be less than, equal to, or greater than the donation amount. The method further can include, after determining the matching donation amount, facilitating by the system, through the computer network: (i) a first electronic fund transfer of the donation amount from the sender account maintained by the sender financial institution to the receiver account maintained by the receiver financial institution; and (ii) a second electronic fund transfer of the matching donation amount from the matching sender account maintained by the matching sender financial institution to the receiver account maintained by the receiver financial institution. A system for interfacing predetermined services to a user at a fixed location includes a processing platform running an operating system. Also included are a plurality of physical system resource interfaces for interfacing with available physical system resources. The system further includes a data store for storing configuration information for enabling the operating system to interface with the available physical system resources through the physical system resource interface associated therewith. A communication resource for interfacing with the operating system allows communication of the operating system with a central office for downloading configuration information to selectively enable ones of the available physical system resources to interface with the operating system through associated ones of the physical system resource interfaces in accordance with the configuration information and the predetermined service selected by a user.

A method, computer system, and computer program product are provided for managing reports. A subset of data fields is identified for inclusion in a new report. An intent of the new report is determined based on the subset of data fields. The intent is determined using a set of machine learning models trained from a set of existing reports and a taxonomy of human capital management (HCM) information. Based on the intent determined by the artificial intelligence system, a set of additional fields is predicted for the new report. The set of the additional fields is displayed in a graphical user interface on a display system.
