A system includes at least one hardware processor and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one hardware processor, cause the at least one hardware processor to perform operations including identifying a component of tracked conduct, the component of tracked conduct including a first conduct trigger condition and a reward, the first conduct trigger condition is associated with conduct of a user related to retirement, receiving conduct data associated with the first conduct trigger condition from a first data source, determining, using the conduct data, that the first conduct trigger condition is satisfied, and causing the reward to be provided to the user.

An apparatus and method for administering and/or managing an employer sponsored retirement plan such as a 401(k) plan can include a host system that supports a graphical user interface (GUI) that is displayable to a user communicating with the host system via a user computer device. The use can manipulate one or more input devices connected to the user's computer device for facilitating the communication of data to the host system and updating of displays of the GUI. The GUI can be configured to permit employee participants to enroll and manage their retirement accounts. The GUI can also be configured for employers that sponsor a retirement plan to communicate with the host system to manage their retirement plan and oversee administration of the plan. Displays of the GUI can be generated and updated by a user computer device display based on communications with the host system.

Also included are a plurality of physical system resource interfaces for interfacing with available physical system resources. The system further includes a data store for storing configuration information for enabling the operating system to interface with the available physical system resources through the physical system resource interface associated therewith. An example method includes receiving a request for access from a user device associated with an employee and receiving employee data associated with the employee. The method further includes determining if the employee is subject to a required absence regulation and generating an access attempt notification in an instance in which the employee is subject to the required absence regulation. Determining if the employee is subject to the required absence regulation includes identifying an employee status associated with the employee data and determining that the employee is subject to the required absence regulation based on the employee status.

Verifying employee enrollments includes receiving an employee identifier in a first panel of a graphical user interface, identifying an employee associated with the employee identifier, identifying employee enrollments of the employee, and displaying the employee enrollments in the first panel. The computer system verifies plan benefits for the benefit plan. Verifying plan benefits includes receiving a plan identifier in a second panel of the graphical user interface, identifying the plan benefits based on the plan identifier, and displaying the plan benefits in the second panel. The computer system verifies plan membership. Verifying plan membership includes receiving a personal identifier in a third panel of the graphical user interface, identifying the plan identifier based on the personal identifier, and displaying the plan identifier in the third panel.
