SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AGENT INACTIVITY PREDICTION AND WORK TIME RECONCILIATION
A computerized-method for work-time reconciliation upon agent inactivity prediction is provided herein. In a computerized system that includes a processor, a data storage of data related to workforce-management and a data storage of data relate to interaction-routing and a memory to store the data storages, the processor operating a work-time reconciliation module. The operating of the work-time reconciliation module includes operating an agent inactivity detection module to yield a list of agents for work-time reconciliation and then, storing the list of agents for work-time reconciliation in the data storage of data related to workforce management and then displaying on a display unit details of agents in the list of agents for work-time reconciliation.
SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR DATA COLLECTION ANALYSIS
A method for data collection and analysis may include generating one or more screenshots; converting the screenshot, via OCR, into one or more strings of computer-readable text; detecting one or more variables from the computer-readable text; retrieving, additional variables via one or more modules; and displaying, via a video display device, a dashboard. The dashboard may include one or more configurable views, and each configurable view may include a visual representation of one or more variables.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING ONLINE MEETING NOTES
A method is provided. The method includes based on an online meeting ending, receiving, by a user terminal, a link for creating a meeting note for the online meeting from an external device; based on a first user input of selecting the link for creating the meeting note, displaying a user interface for creating the meeting note on a display of the user terminal; receiving at least one second user input within the user interface for creating the meeting note; and transmitting information associated with the at least one second user input to the external device to control the external device to share the meeting note created based on the at least one second user input with at least one participant of the online meeting.

CLOUD-COMPUTED DATA SERVICE FOR VEHICLE EXPENSES CALCULATION
This disclosure generally relates to systems and methods to receiving onboard diagnostic data associated with an operational state of a vehicle of a user and pushing a message to the user, the message including information associated with the onboard diagnostic data.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EFFICIENTLY GENERATING RELIABLE CLIENT BILLING QUOTES
Systems and methods for generating reliable client billing quotes are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, a method of generating reliable client billing quotes includes generating a first graphical user interface including a plurality of first icons, a plurality of second icons, and a workflow table, upon selection of one of the plurality of first icons using the first graphical user interface, regenerating the workflow table in a same location on the first graphical user interface without adjusting the plurality of first icons or the plurality of second icons, enabling selection of at least one of a plurality of quotes from within the regenerated workflow table, and upon selection of one of the plurality of second icons using the first graphical user interface, generating a second graphical user interface on the first user terminal that is related to the selected at least one of the plurality of quotes.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING THE SHAREABILITY OF VALUES OF NODE PROFILES
The present disclosure relates to determining the shareability of values of node profiles. Record objects and electronic activities of a system of record corresponding to a data source provider may be accessed. Each record object may correspond to a record object type and have one or more object field-value pairs. Node profiles may be maintained. Values of fields corresponding to a predetermined type of field including fewer than a predetermined threshold number of data source providers may be identified. A restriction tag used to restrict populating other node profiles may be generated. Provision of the value with a second data source provider may be restricted.
System for providing goods and services based on accrued but unpaid earnings
A system for interfacing predetermined services to a user at a fixed location includes a processing platform running an operating system. The system further includes a data store for storing configuration information for enabling the operating system to interface with available physical system resources through the physical system resource interface associated therewith. A communication resource for interfacing with the operating system allows communication of the operating system with a central office for downloading configuration information to selectively enable ones of the available physical system resources to interface with the operating system through associated ones of the physical system resource interfaces in accordance with the configuration information and the predetermined service selected by a user. A plurality of configurations is stored in the data store, and each is associated with a predetermined service and one or more of the available physical system resources.
Geolocation compliance for a mobile workforce
A system and method that uses geo-location and a rules engine to facilitate compliance to federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies across different jurisdictions that may have different compliance regulations. A mobile workforce may use the techniques herein to manage work assignments, report activities, and to manage and track time. This technology may be used, e.g., in the transportation industry, but is not limited to this industry.
