An automated system/method for identifying and enabling viewer selection/purchase of products or services associated with digital content presented on a display device. Products within the digital content are identified and existing product placement data is ascertained. For products that do not include such data, other methodologies, with the assistance of third-party servers, are employed to assess identity and purchase availability. Viewer input designate products to assess or products can be automatically assessed. Viewers initiate purchase of identified products via the display device or other electronic devices controlled by viewers, such as via viewers' smart phones. Various processes for identifying products include use of AI processing, access to data on third-party servers, crowd sourcing and other methodologies. Various techniques for selecting products for purchases are employed including employing 3D codes (e.g., QR codes) alongside presented products to enable other portable electronic devices to facilitate purchase. Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to systems, devices, and methods for making recommendations to users for, individually or together, goods, services, and information/media (e.g., audio, video, publications), as well as verifying the veracity of data/information, based upon an emotional impact of such goods/services and/or media/information on the user, other users, and/or other individuals, as well some embodiments directed to systems, devices, and methods for treating one or more brain functions, including neurological conditions and episodes associated therewith by determining (and optionally providing) media (e.g., audio, but in some embodiments, any of audio, textual information, and video), which may be referred to as optimal medical media (“OMM”).

A system for digital content that includes a content management system, an ontology manager and a chat bot, all executing and in communications coupling on a digital data processing system. The content manager stores a plurality of tagged digital assets. The ontology manager stores a list of (or otherwise maintains) plural facets, each corresponding to one or more tags—and at least one corresponding to two or more tags, e.g., of differing domains—of the content management system, One or more dialog segments and sequence identifiers are maintained in the ontology manager as well, each associated with one or more other facets. In an embodiment, a method comprises: receiving, by one or more processors of a cloud computing platform, context data from a wearable multimedia device, the wearable multimedia device including at least one data capture device for capturing the context data; creating a data processing pipeline with one or more applications based on one or more characteristics of the context data and a user request; processing the context data through the data processing pipeline; and sending output of the data processing pipeline to the wearable multimedia device or other device for presentation of the output.

The present disclosure relates to a method for conducting a transaction while in proximity of a local retail network operated by a retail point of sale comprising: a) receiving an identification signal related to one or more media identifiers associated with a media control device and from a user mobile device, wherein the user mobile device is connected to a first network; b) transmitting data to the user mobile device to render a media control interface on the user mobile device; c) receiving one or more instruction signals from the user mobile device, wherein the one or more instruction signals are related to one or more outputs of one or more media devices in proximity to the user mobile device; d) transmitting the one or more instruction signals to a media control device, such that the media control device instructs the one or more media devices to generate the one or more outputs; e) disabling a connection between the user mobile device and the media control device based upon occurrence of a pre-determined condition.

A computer-implemented method of generating a transaction associated with a blockchain, the transaction being for distributing amounts of an allocation of a digital asset, wherein the allocating party is associated with an allocating public key linked with the allocation, and wherein each recipient party is associated with a respective ownership public key. The method comprises obtaining a respective ownership public key of each of the one or more recipient parties. For each of the one or more recipient parties, a respective payment public key is generated based on (i) the ownership public key associated with that recipient user, and (ii) the allocating public key. The transaction comprises one or more output scripts, each output script configured to transfer a respective amount of the allocation to a respective payment address, the respective payment address being based on the respective payment public key.

Additionally, a smart contract authority creates and enforces smart contracts for every transaction taking place upon the software essentially mandating and guaranteeing the security and authenticity of the software during the software's development and use.
