Systems and methods for generating insurance policies with predesignated policy levels and reimbursement controls
A computer system for providing reimbursement controls to insurance policies is provided. The computer system may include a processor in communication with a memory device. The processor may be configured to: (i) generate a plurality of predesignated policy levels having a maximum reimbursement amount for a user based at least in part upon user data, (ii) prompt the user to select a predesignated policy level of the plurality of predesignated policy levels that includes an insurance policy covering one or more item categories up to the associated maximum reimbursement amount, (iii) store the selected predesignated policy level, (iv) receive a claim from the user, (v) determine, in response to the claim and based at least in part upon the selected predesignated policy level and the associated maximum reimbursement amount, an actual reimbursement amount for each insured item category of the one or more item categories, and (vi) provide a payment device to the user having reimbursement controls that provide the actual reimbursement amount by insured item category.
SOFTWARE CLASS OBJECT STRUCTURE, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR E-COMMERCE GIFT CARD PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION AND FULFULLMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE THREE-TIER REGULATORY STRUCTURE FOR BEVERAGE ALCOHOL
Embodiments described herein relate to a software class object structure, system, and method for e-commerce gift card production, distribution and fulfillment in compliance with the three-tier regulatory structure for beverage alcohol.
GENERATING DYNAMICALLY SECURE EXCHANGE ITEM DATA FOR VALIDATING USE OF AN EXCHANGE ITEM
A method for execution by a marketplace server of an exchange item marketplace network includes receiving a use request from a user computing device of the exchange item marketplace network that includes first dynamically secure exchange item data associated with an exchange item. The method further includes generating second dynamically secure exchange item data using a dynamic securing function having inputs that includes a marketplace time value, one or more security parameters, and one or more aspects of an exchange item data file associated with the exchange item. The method further includes comparing the first dynamically secure exchange item data with the second dynamically secure exchange item data. When the first dynamically secure exchange item data substantially matches the second dynamically secure exchange item data, the method further includes authorizing the use request.
REAL-TIME MARKET FOR THE EXCHANGE OF ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS BASED ON LIVE SELL OFFERS AND PURCHASE BIDS, FACILITATING THE TRADE OF PRODUCTS THROUGH PRICE DETERMINATION BASED ON SUPPLY AND DEMAND DYNAMICS
A computer-implemented method under the control of one or more configured computing systems, establishing a live-trading market for sellers to place for sale one or more product(s) for a set price, increase or decrease the price at any time, while providing potential buyers the ability to place an offer price, the bid price, with the ability to increase or decrease the offer price at any time; this establishes a market similar to the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ but instead of trading stocks, bonds or commodities, the established market of the invention is for products commonly sold in stores; establishing a market for products that sets prices based on real-time sell prices and bids that can be changed instantly by the market participants; and establishing historical data of price, offer and bid, that can be displayed in various formats such as tables, graphs and more.
Systems and methods for real-time virtual gift card purchasing
A computer-implemented method for allowing purchase of virtual gift cards includes receiving a communication indicating a gift card type and specifying a value amount. Responsive to the communication, a purchase of a virtual gift card of that type and storing that value amount is processed. This processing includes processing a payment for the specified value amount. Further, a gift card merchant application programming interface (API) capable of processing a purchase of a virtual gift card of the indicated gift card type is identified from amongst a set of such APIs. That API is used to initiate purchase of the virtual gift card. After the purchase is processed, an indication of the purchased virtual gift card is sent to a mobile computing device. The mobile computing device uses the indication to configure itself to allow transactions using the purchased virtual gift card to be initiated. Fraud detection may also be performed.
System and method for using a boarding pass to facilitate financial transactions
A boarding pass can be employed as a financial instrument to make payments and other financial transactions. A passenger name record, a standardized computer reservation system protocol, can be associated with one or more financial accounts. When a point of sale device scans the boarding pass, either on a mobile device, or a traditional paper boarding pass, the passenger name record can be used to find a travel itinerary associated with the customer. By matching the travel itinerary to the location of the point of sale device, and the time, payments can be authorized and then initiated using financial account information associated with the passenger name record. Likewise, a mismatch can provide a basis for denying authorization and subsequent payment.
Digital asset exchange system and related methods
A system is provided as a computer server platform and application programming software installed in primary devices of users for exchanging and trading digital asset securely and anonymously between two users of the system. The digital asset is registered under a device account of a primary device of a user with the system using a unique device account name. The system respects “privacy by design” in GDPR by using device account based-on anonymized data instead of personal account based-on personal data of prior art to ensure the system does not collect, store and process users' personal data in the course of device accounts' set-up and transactions of digital assets.
Systems and methods for managing accounts in a financial services system
Systems and methods for creating accounts at a plurality of payment processors include a method that receives a first request to create a new account, and identifies a payment processor of the plurality of payment processors to handle the first request. The method determines whether a proxy for the new account exists in a local storage and sends a second request to the identified payment processor to create the new account, where the second request includes the proxy when the proxy for the new account exists.
OBTAINING CONDITIONS DATA FOR UTILIZING AN EXCHANGE ITEM
A method for execution by a marketplace server includes obtaining one or more exchange item rules for an exchange item, where the exchange item has an exchange item data file that is stored in one or more of a marketplace database of the exchange item marketplace network and a digital wallet of a computing device. The method further includes, for a first rule of the one or more exchange item rules, identifying one or more condition types for one or more conditions associated with the exchange item based on the first rule. For a first condition having a first condition type of the one or more condition types, the method further includes determining a conditions source for the first conditions type. The method further includes obtaining conditions data regarding the first condition from the conditions source and facilitating utilizing the conditions data for a transaction associated with the exchange item.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR TEMPORARY VOUCHER SHARING
A system and method of temporary voucher sharing are provided. The method includes receiving, from a user device associated with a user, at a processor of an administrator device, a favordrop request created at the user device. The favordrop request includes a beneficiary identifier associated with a beneficiary, a request value, a retailer location, and an expiration time. The method further includes defining, using the processor, a favordrop comprising a balance corresponding to the request value; assigning, using the processor, the favordrop to the beneficiary; and sending, using the processor, a notification to a beneficiary device associated with the beneficiary identifier, the notification comprising notification data. The notification data is at least partially display able on a display screen of the beneficiary device. When a current time reaches the expiration time, the processor is configured to revoke the favordrop from the beneficiary and send a return notification to the user device.
