SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING INSURANCE POLICIES WITH PREDESIGNATED POLICY LEVELS AND REIMBURSEMENT CONTROLS
A computer system for providing reimbursement controls to insurance policies is provided. The computer system may include a processor in communication with a memory device. The processor may be configured to: (i) generate a plurality of predesignated policy levels having a maximum reimbursement amount for a user based at least in part upon user data, (ii) prompt the user to select a predesignated policy level of the plurality of predesignated policy levels that includes an insurance policy covering one or more item categories up to the associated maximum reimbursement amount, (iii) store the selected predesignated policy level, (iv) receive a claim from the user, (v) determine, in response to the claim and based at least in part upon the selected predesignated policy level and the associated maximum reimbursement amount, an actual reimbursement amount for each insured item category of the one or more item categories, and (vi) provide a payment device to the user having reimbursement controls that provide the actual reimbursement amount by insured item category.
Systems and methods for managing an account
An account is managed using information read from a dual frequency transponder. Information stored on the dual frequency transponder can be read by a NFC-enabled device and by a UHF RFID reader. The information links, corresponds, or otherwise provides access to account information stored at a remote server. For example, a NFC-enabled device can read the information from the dual frequency transponder and use that information to enable instant and on-the-spot recharging of a toll account. In addition, a UHF RFID toll reader can scan information from the dual frequency transponder and use that information to debit toll charges from the correct toll account. The dual frequency transponder can be embedded in a license plate and read using a reader placed in the road. Additionally, the transponder can be configured to function at the correct frequency only when a valid vehicle registration sticker is applied to the license plate.
METHOD AND AN ASSEMBLY FOR GENERATING A MAGNETIC FIELD AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AN ASSEMBLY
A credit card shaped element with a dynamic stripe which may be activated or deactivated, where the stripe is formed by a plurality of coils provided along the curve thereof, where the plurality of coils are activated in a sequential manner, where a plurality of proximity sensing coils are provided in series along the curve thereof, where the plurality of coils are formed by one coil contacted at multiple positions along its length by contact pads and where the signals fed to the coils cause an output of a reader coil to output a signals with a minimum slope or where one signal fed to one track has no peaks when the other signal is close to zero.
SERVICE VOUCHER PROCESSING METHOD, DEVICE, AND SYSTEM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A service voucher processing method, device, and system, and a storage medium are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining information about a candidate service, and loading a virtual identifier of the candidate service in a graphical interface; initiating, if a target service reserved by the reservation instruction is detected, a reservation request; obtaining a service voucher corresponding to the target service based on permission corresponding to the target service, and activating the service voucher when an instruction for using the target service is detected; performing authentication on the permission, a verification request carrying permission information, and a serial communication method being used for the verification request; and providing the permission when the authentication passes, determining that the target service is used, and cancelling the permission. The present disclosure can support, in a high-efficient and convenient manner, a user to use services such as taking a bus/metro/train or the like.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR LOCATING OBJECTS AND RELATED FACILITIES
The disclosure relates to interactive and adaptive systems and methods for tracking location-sensitive objects. An example method includes presenting a first set of user interfaces for receiving a visual image of the location-sensitive object, and using the image to determine an identifier and identify a geographic location. The example method also includes transmitting the identifier and the location to a remote computing device, and in response to receiving location-specific requirements. A second set of user interfaces may be generated and presented to guide a user to comply with the location-specific requirements.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPTIMIZED TRANSFER OF DIGITAL ASSETS
A computer-implemented method is disclosed. The method includes: generating a unique code for a recipient of a value storage token; sending, to a messaging address associated with the recipient, a first message including a link for accessing a token provider selection interface; detecting activation of the link by the recipient; in response to detecting activation of the link by the recipient, providing, on a computing device associated with the recipient, the token provider selection interface; receiving, via the token provider selection interface, a selection of a first token provider; and in response to receiving the selection of the first token provider, sending a digital representation of the value storage token to the messaging address associated with the recipient.
DIGITAL TOKENS THAT ARE REDEEMABLE FOR BASKETS OF ITEMS
Systems and methods for tokenizing real-world items for use in digital commerce are disclosed. In some embodiments, the tokenization platform is configured to generate digital tokens that are cryptographically linked with a basket of items. The basket of items is configurable to include a variety of items and is redeemable through a transaction of the set of digital tokens in a digital token transaction system.
User interfaces for stored-value accounts
In some examples, an account is provisioned onto an electronic device. In some examples, the device receives a value to fund the account provisioned on the electronic device. In some examples, the electronic device transacts with a contactless transaction terminal using the provisioned account and displays an indication of the transaction. In some examples, the electronic device transmits information corresponding to the provisioned account without checking for authentication. In some examples, the device receives user input initiating a process for moving the account from a first device to a second device. In some examples, the device receives account payment credentials from a second device when a set of payment criteria are met.
Integrating mobile payment application with other mobile applications while preventing security exposures
A method, system and computer program product for integrating a mobile payment application with other mobile applications while preventing security exposures. A set of application programming interfaces of mobile applications that may possibly be utilized by a pass created by a mobile payment application is generated in response to receiving an indication that the pass was created. A “pass,” as used herein, refers to a form of mobile payment, such as a gift card. A selection of these application programming interfaces may then be received to interact with the created pass. In this manner, the existing mobile applications are seamlessly integrated with the features of passes. Furthermore, a virtual container is created for the created pass and the selected application programming interfaces to interface with the created pass. By creating such a container, the data to be exposed to the application layer can be controlled.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING GIFTS
Disclosed are systems and methods for processing gift transactions. An example method includes receiving an identification of a first merchant from a giver at a first time, wherein a gift from the giver to a recipient is redeemable at the first merchant. The method can include generating a policy comprising the first merchant. The policy can be at least in part giver-defined and linked to the recipient payment account. The method can then include transmitting an electronic notice to a recipient device, receiving a selection from the recipient of a second merchant at which to redeem the gift from the giver, updating the policy to apply to the second merchant selected by the recipient to yield an updated policy and, upon receiving an indication of a triggering event caused by use of the recipient payment account as defined by the updated policy, applying an amount of money to the gift.
