A garment having a protective hood joined to a collar at an attachment point above a neck seam on the collar, the protective hood having a perimeter defining a hood opening, a rigid, transparent visor attached to the protective hood at the perimeter such that the visor is configured to cover eyes during normal wear.

An adjustable garment includes a garment body and a deformable band. The garment body has a front panel and a back panel formed with the front panel. The front panel and the back panel cooperate to form a collar and a hem spaced apart from the collar. The deformable band has a first end joined with the hem and a second end spaced apart from the first end.

An extender attachable to a portion of a garment including a substrate and at least one fastener. The extender can be used to extend the length of a garment (e.g., pants). The substrate can have a first and second surface oppositely disposed. The substrate can also have a length at least equal to an outer circumference of a portion of the garment. The at least one fastener can be positioned on the first surface proximate to one end of the substrate for removably attaching the substrate to the portion of the garment.

An adaptable garment system includes a garment body and a plurality of removable sleeve pairs, which can include a pair of short sleeves and a pair of long sleeves.

A lower body garment, used primarily for athletic and fitness activities, is disclosed as capable of attaching a plurality of sleeves for stylization and customization. The lower body garment includes an upper opening, and two lower openings, and can contain an attachment mechanism circumscribed about each opening. A detachable sleeve with an attachment mechanism that is circumscribed about an opening thereof and configured to mate with an attachment mechanism located on the lower body garment provides for the attachment of the sleeve to the garment. A plurality of sleeves can also be attached in a chain like manner through attachment mechanisms circumscribed about the upper and lower opening of each sleeve. In this manner, the wearer can customize the look and style of the lower body garment by varying the types of sleeves attached.

An article of clothing, in particular a protective vest, the size of which can be adjusted. At least one outer zipper with two rows of teeth is provided. The article of clothing has a first size in a closed state of the outer zipper and a second size in an open state of the outer zipper, wherein the first size is smaller than the second size. In the open state of the outer zipper, the rows of teeth are held together at a distance from each other by material which is at least partly covered by the outer zipper in the closed state of the outer zipper. An inner zipper with two rows of teeth is provided, said zipper being at least partly covered by the outer zipper in the closed state of the outer zipper and being exposed in the open state of the outer zipper.

A two piece magnetically secured apron that provides a split upper and lower body portions utilizing an upper body portion retainment by magnets enabled neck engagement straps and bottom edge fixed magnets. The lower portion has magnetic adjustable waistband straps for overlapping magnetic engagement allowing the straps to be slidably adjusted in relation to one another. Independent magnetic leg straps adjustably retain the apron leg portions completing the assembly of the invention.

This Invention relates to a new and novel customizable women's undergarment or slip, consisting of multiple pieces; the straps, a top or camisole with a lace cleavage cover, a middle or short slip and a bottom or long slip. The present invention can be adjusted in various ways, the parts can extend from a top/camisole piece with straps attached, to a short length half slip and further attached to a long length half slip, when combined these results in a longer full length slip. Each part; the straps, a top/camisole, a middle/short slip and a bottom/long slip can attach and detach from each of the other parts and can be worn separately. The top can be worn separately as a camisole with or without straps, the middle piece as a short half slip and the bottom piece as a long half slip, or middle piece as long half slip and bottoms piece as short half slip.
