From a first sensor in a set of sensors, a set of sensor measurements corresponding to a wearer of a garment is collected. Using a model and the set of sensor measurements, a performance deviation index corresponding to the wearer is determined, the performance deviation index corresponding to a deviation from a baseline performance level of the wearer. Responsive to the performance deviation index being above a threshold, a characteristic of the garment is altered.

Adjustable garments are provided that have one or more features to adjust the length of one or more dimensions of the garment to fit a growing child. For instance, an adjustable jacket can have a series of stitches that allow for the adjustment of the length of a sleeve. A permanent hem stitch and a temporary stitch on the sleeve are arranged and constructed in a particular way to allow for the sleeve to extend as a child grows. In another example, adjustable pants can have a plurality of snap fasteners on an interior surface of a leg to adjust the length of the leg. The snap fasteners are arranged and constructed in a particular way so that a snap fastener at the distal end of the leg can selectively connect to the remaining fasteners to shorten the length of the pant leg.

A garment includes features of a pair of shorts and a skirt. An exemplary embodiment includes a pair of compression shorts including a waistband, legs, and a gusseted crotch made of a moisture-wicking fabric. The waistband may include a drawstring for adjustable fit, and a zippered pocket. Each of the legs of the shorts has an anti-ride-up feature disposed respectively near the inside bottom of the legs. Each of the legs includes, respectively, at least two outside pockets that lie flat against the legs when empty. A skirt is attachable and detachable by an attachment means to the waistband of the shorts. The tubular body comprises a first end configured to maintain the legging above the knee and the second end configured to grip an ankle area of a wearer. A convertible garment having a torso member, a length extension and two sleeves, the torso member adjustable to create three different lengths. The torso member having a lower length adjustor and an upper length adjustor on its interior, the lower length adjustor for being detachably secured to the upper length adjustor by folding the lower edge of the torso member inward and towards the upper length adjustor to create the shortest version of the garment, the length extension for being detachably secured to the lower length adjustor for creating the longest version of the garment. The lower length adjustor and the upper length adjustor are detached and the torso member extended to its full length to create the middle length version of the garment.

Systems and methods for selectively attaching and detaching removable portions of an article of clothing to provide long and short options for the article of clothing. In particular, the present invention provides a magnetic connection between a circular opening of an article of clothing and a circular opening of a removable portion of the article of clothing.

The neckband is connected to said neckband module, and said one or more fastener members pivotably connects said neckband module and said one or more display segments. The main idea behind the Spect8 (Coat with Blanket) is so that spectators will always be prepared for unpredictable weather at sporting events. The coat comes in any style or shape, and when the spectator unzips the zipper, out unfolds a blanket to keep the legs warm. When not in use, simply put the blanket back up into the coat and zip up. Convertible garments for various wear, including, but without limitation, athleticwear, casualwear, dancewear, waterwear (e.g., bathing suit), and other activities, are disclosed herein. In some example embodiments, convertible garments may be specially configured using connection means, for example comprising a first piece connector and a second piece connector, which enables transitioning from a connected state to an attached state to an unattached state. Embodiments include a convertible garment comprising an upper garment, lower garment, and connection means, such as one or more elastic band(s) and an extendible zipper. In some such embodiments, the extendible zipper comprises an upper extendible zipper component fixedly attached to a lower edge of the upper garment, and a lower extendible zipper component fixedly attached to an upper edge of the lower garment. A wearer of the convertible garment may transition the state of the convertible garment by engaging the connection means.
