The present invention provides a carbon value assessment (“carbon valuation”) system, which includes an information processing device that evaluates an amount of greenhouse gas (“GHG”) reduction expected to occur by a technology project in a currency value, on the basis of: estimated reduction of greenhouse gas (“estimated GHG reduction amount”) which is an amount of GHG reduction presumed to be induced by the technology project that is a target to be assessed; a calculation period of the GHG reduction during which the GHG reduction occurs due to the technology project; a discount rate that quantifies possible risks occurring in the technology project; and an emission permit price.

An optimization method according to one embodiment which is executed by a computer, the method including: an input procedure of inputting an acceptance probability function indicating a probability that each participant participating in a crowdsourcing market will accept a price, and a matching value indicating a value when each resource in the crowdsourcing market is allocated to each participant; a formulation procedure of formulating a first optimization problem for determining an optimal price that maximizes a profit of a provider of the crowdsourcing market using the acceptance probability function and the matching value; and an optimization procedure of calculating the optimal price by solving the first optimization problem according to a feature of the acceptance probability function.

A method of the disclosure includes receiving, by a processing device of an endpoint device, a first message comprising a first market energy price, determining whether a first quantity of energy has been consumed within a first time period by at least one energy device associated with the endpoint device, responsive to a determination that the first quantity of energy has been consumed by the at least one energy device within the first time period, determining whether the first market energy price is greater than a price threshold and responsive to a determination that the first market energy price is greater than the price threshold, causing the at least one energy device to stop consuming additional amounts of energy.
Predictive change for real estate application
A method for setting or adjusting a sale price for a subject real estate listing including receiving data regarding a subject real estate listing from a handheld device operating a predictive showing change application. Auto clustering prediction models
Embodiments predict future demand for a first product by receiving historical sales data for an aggregate products/locations level, the historical sales data including a plurality of sales data points, including sales data points for the first product at each of a plurality of locations. Embodiments extract a plurality of different types of features related to sales of each of the products and generate a plurality of clusters of sales data points based on the plurality of different types of features. Embodiments train each of the clusters to generate a plurality of trained cluster models including promotion effects per cluster. For a particular time period, a particular location and the first product, embodiment identify the features for the time period and map to one of the trained cluster models to fetch the promotion effects for the time period. Embodiments then use the promotion effects to forecast demand for the first product.
Methods and apparatuses for charging of electric vehicles
A method for controlling a charge transfer of an electric vehicle using an electric vehicle charging station, a mobile device, and a cloud server is disclosed. The method includes: receiving, at a mobile device, a message for an electric vehicle of a user from the electric vehicle charging station, wherein a user of the mobile device is associated with the electric vehicle to be charged; sending, from the mobile device, the message for the electric vehicle of the user to the cloud server, wherein the charge transfer request relayed from the mobile device includes identification information; in response to a charging control signal being authorized using identification information received from the mobile device, receiving the charging control signal from the cloud server at the mobile device to be forwarded to the electric vehicle charging station, wherein the charging control signal is configured to adjust a charging parameter at the electric vehicle charging station.
